Mark and Emma at Tranquil Garden rooms are absolutely outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and we are absolutely delighted with our garden room. Mark worked so hard throughout a full on heatwave during the install and still managed to finish on schedule. The build quality is perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to add a garden room to their home.

We couldn’t be happier with our garden room from Tranquil Garden Rooms. From start to finish, Mark was professional, reliable and genuinely cared about getting every detail just right. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the finish is beautiful. It’s clear that Mark takes real pride in his work. He kept everything tidy, communicated clearly throughout the whole process and delivered exactly when he said he would. I’ll be using the space as an office for the two businesses I run, so it was really important that it felt high quality, practical and built to last, and it absolutely is. It’s completely transformed our garden and given me a dedicated space to work from. I can’t wait to get it decorated next week and move in all my new office furniture. More pictures to follow! Tranquil Garden Rooms Ltd - 3rd - 7th March 2025 From the very start our experiences with Tranquil have been very positive. We received a very clear and competitive quotation which was followed-up by Emma and our outstanding queries answered swiftly. On confirming the order we received a site visit from Mark which was very helpful. A start date was agreed and Mark arrived on time and completed the build single handed within 4 days, I am sure he would have been quicker if I hadn’t chatted so much! The build quality and materials are excellent. Having left the plaster 5 days to dry-out I completed the first coat paint and subsequently a second coat a couple of days later – the internal and external finish looks very good. Mark and Emma make an excellent team and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a first class Garden Room. Emma and Mark were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. The initial quote was clear, options were straightforward, and questions were answered promptly and honestly. We had to wait quite a while for installation, but for me, that was reassuring and I was much more confident than other companies I'd contacted. The build itself was straightforward, Mark pretty much single-handedly built the whole thing himself over the course of 7 days. He was pleasant to chat with, always promptly turned up and worked incredibly hard throughout in all weathers. Proactively communicated what he was doing and where he hoped he'd be by the end of the day which was really reassuring. Both Mark and Emma are clearly passionate about their business, the product and service they offer. We're really happy with the quality of the build 5 months in and have had many compliments from other experienced tradesmen who have worked with us since. Couldn't be happier
