After an informative end enthusiastic first meeting to discuss our project, they never got back to us. We had to chase several times with a promise that they will get back to us. After 3 months we have decided to give up and started a new dialogue with another company.

Before starting our project, we looked at a number of other companies, but liked the bespoke aspect so narrowed our choice to two local companies. BGR provided a competitive quote and we felt reassured by the fact they provide ongoing maintenance services, so opted for this company. We were not disappointed! Throughout the project every effort was made by our project manager, Jay, and our builders on site that we were happy at every step, with the work completed to a high standard. Any problem encountered was handled with professionalism. Our completed home office is a huge asset and provides the perfect environment for stress-free working. I would not hesitate to recommend Bucks Garden Room for any size project.

We can't praise the Bucks Garden Room team any more than a 5 star. The whole team from planning to building were fantastic, polite and amazingly tidy. They left the site each night completely safe for the dog to be in the garden. They are also great communicators, knowing what would look great (down to their experience) and kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you to the whole team, we can't wait to start the summers in the garden.

The Bucks Garden Room team were absolutely fabulous. Jay is an outstanding communicator and makes you feel comfortable that everything is under control and in-hand. Max and Arnie were respectful, tidy and thorough. For anyone seeking to build an outside space, look no further. Highly recommend this team. I am so pleased with my “She Shed” that will be my office now that I’m back at work post maternity.

I first viewed a Bucks Garden rooms at their show room near Chesham & was impressed with the finishes exterior & interior. I probably could have found cheaper but I knew I liked the company so didn’t look elsewhere. Other than a short (3 day delay to start due to weather) all has gone smoothly & completed to 3 week estimate. The guys are very friendly, competent & tidy. They deliver a porta loo to site so don't enter the home. I changed the position on the room, I wasn’t aware that it may impact design & cost so think about it before if possible, the team are flexible if you do have changes. Good comms throughout as a small company, payments are made in stages & prompt payment required. I will be looking for further help in 2024.
