From the initial first contact with the team at Downham market, I felt confident that I would be buying from not only a trusted supplier, but also a local one which takes a pride in it's work and customer service. Initially I was looking for a pent style, but having walked around the big display site at Downham Market, my eyes were turned to a corner style building. After taking a few brochures and being given some prices for different options, I went home, re-assessed my plans and decide to bite the bullet and order an Edinburgh 140 model. Installation took place within the estimated timeslot, and was hassle free. It was completed by a great couple of blokes who weren't afraid of hardwork, but were also very friendly and approachable with the various questions I had. I subsequently had the electrics installed and some flooring to produce a fab garden home office, which I'm very pleased with. Many friends have also expressed how great it looks and that it fits seamlessly in the space in my garden, without being overpowering. Many thanks again for your great service.
Great from Sales to installation. The workmen worked amazing hard during the hot weather and left everything as they found it no mess to clean up. We love the finished result and can't wait to finish kitting it out.
Where to Start Cabins Unlimited truly stands out from the rest. My mum and stepfather ordered a cabin, but unfortunately, my stepfather passed away before it was ready for installation. When we informed Cabins Unlimited, their compassion and willingness to allow us to move at our own pace were remarkable. When we were ready, we scheduled the installation, which was efficient and friendly. My mum was in touch with a lovely lady named Melanie , who left her with nothing but positive impressions. I had the pleasure of working with Natalie, who was simply amazing. I would rate the product 5 stars, the installation 5 stars, and the customer service an incredible 110%. My mum absolutely loves her cabin; it is perfect, and our experience with Cabins Unlimited exceeded all expectations in every way. Thank you!

From start to finish a great experience. We needed a new shed and after browsing several sites online for a bargain I couldn't find, I decided to visit the Downham Market site with a budget and no idea what I wanted (other than base size)! The support and guidance Amy then provided was perfect, and we found something we liked within minutes, at a bargain price, including assembly / installation at a very reasonable price. The follow up service, to arrange delivery, from Amy and Melody was then brilliant, and the installation crew then did a great job of the install. Overall, quality shed and great service all round. Cannot recommend more highly.
