Chris, Nick and Jake are all an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times. Their communication is both efficient and incredibly informative (they are literally an encyclopedia of annex knowledge). When I made the decision to have a luxury annex lodge built at my home for my elderly parents (Mum has dementia so I wanted her close to support Dad and care for her) I thoroughly researched my options and chose Urban Marque for so many reasons. The fact that I could visit their showroom to meet them, design the lodge and view example lodges and materials used etc really put my mind at rest. They worked closely with me to design and build the most beautiful bespoke luxury three bedroom, two bathroom annex set within the beautiful British countryside where my parents are both living the best rest of their lives. Nothing was ever too much and by god I must have tested their patience!!!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting an exceptionally built lodge cabin by a family company small enough to care and experienced enough to knock the socks off all competitors. Nick and the team at UM were fab from the outset. They were patient and helpful with my ideas and their suggestions. The kit arrived in a timely manner and was high quality. Overall very happy with the whole package. I will add photos when I have a moment.

We came across Urban Marque a 5 years ago as we wanted our home built in our garden. The two workmen Andy and Chris were polite and hardworking and went back and beyond for us, (they even built my children a step) for them to go in and out of our home (which we still have)😀 The building is very high quality and brilliant value for the price we paid I would have no hesitation in recommending Urban Marque to anyone thinking about having there home or an annex built. Andy one of (the workmen) was so lovely, he said if I ever had any questions I could always ask or pop him a phone call, he helped us a lot with planning inside, and I’d forever be grateful. We have purchased two lodges off this company so far. A two bed and three bed. Both high quality built with no issues, from the design stage right through to construction. I like the fact that the lodges are versatile enabling us to add rooms on as required. The paperwork that comes with the lodges is also very extensive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and should you require can contact me with any questions.

We came across Urban Marque a few years ago. We were thinking about having an annex built, but had no idea how to go about it. After contacting UM and visiting their office, we decided to go ahead. My wife had lots of ideas about the interior layout. Nick and Chris were great at getting her ideas put in place. The assembly process was perfect and very quick. We had to install a Lodge in our Garden due to family ill health. Having researching extensively on line, Urban Marque stood out as the most cost effective. We were welcomed at their show room in Peterborough to full discuss the process as a whole. There was no "Hard Sell" and we came away clear with what the UM system involved. We devised and agreed a design between us that suited our requirement. The service to prepare and submit the required planning via the caravan act was invaluable and Nick and Chris were a great support throughout. I cannot say enough positives about the installation team and we were able to coordinate the structural works with the internal finishes and external works carried out by us directly smoothly.
