Due to an issue opening the french doors called Jonathan for assistance, he visited the next day and contacted the manufacturer as it was a manufacturer fault. He said he would be in touch once he heard back from them. To my surprise a couple of days later Jonathan was back with the instructions from the manufacturer and his tools to resolve the jammed door bolt. He completed the repair and checked all other door fixings to ensure working as they should. This family team are so professional and care about the integrity of their craftsmanship absolutely brilliant.

I contacted Jonathan from Cedar Lodge to enquire about building a drum studio at the bottom of my garden. He called me back the same day and spent a long time working out what I wanted and the different options they could offer. The experience and knowledge that they have on building garden rooms and more specifically the various soundproofing methods really impressed me as I had previously dabbled in soundproofing a log cabin at my last property. From day one Jonathan, Alex and Sam (his two sons) were punctual, really hard working, considerate, polite and their attention to detail is incredible. They talked me through the different steps as the build progressed which I found reassuring and genuinely interesting. I couldn’t be happier with the end result! The building is exactly what I wanted and the finish is better than I imagined. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Lodge to anyone looking to build an extra outdoor space, for whatever their needs may be. Excellent job!

Tastefully designed bespoke garden room and sizable patio decking area that can accommodate a bistro set. Jonathan listened to my ideas and transformed these into a remarkably designed and solid garden room. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is superb, with every placement of cedar wood being carefully measured and angled. This family led team takes pride in their 'product'. The team is professional and personable and polite, seeking the highest of standards. It was a delight to host the team in my garden, installing and building a garden room that delivers my brief. I recently had a garden office pod installed by Jonathan and his team and couldn’t recommend it enough. From the initial enquiry to completion, Jonathan kept me updated every step of the way. His passion for his craft really shines through, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. On installation day, Jonathan and the boys were fantastic, really friendly, professional, and efficient. As promised the entire installation was done in just one day, despite the constant drizzle. The pod itself is perfect for home working. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it feels inside. There’s plenty of room to work comfortably and it doesn’t cramped. The quality of the building materials is outstanding, everything feels solid, well built, and finished to a very high standard. The insulation is top spec too, I have no doubt that it will be perfect to keep me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the pod. Excellent service from start to finish. Excellent craftsmanship and quality that has shaped a small garden to a beautiful space. I now have a beautiful garden cabin with a storage area. Highly recommend.
