My goodness what can I say. Ester is such a delight to deal with makes me smile right from the start soon as walked into the office at Nottingham I felt special wanted and cared for. Every part of what I need from my garden building has been explained nothing is to much trouble beautiful presentation on the quote plans personal visit to our home to make sure everything is right. Crane’s Nottingham were fantastic throughout the purchasing process - from exploring different options of what to purchase to helping to find local contractors to help prepare the site and wire up the electricity. They couldnt have been more helpful and their approach was free from the sales pressure we felt elsewhere.

Great customer experience at the Nottingham Crane Site. (Norcutts Garden Centre). I went with a few ideas of what I thought I was looking for in a garden/home office building. On speaking with Esther who gave me so much valuable information and ideas from her experience, I now feel a lot more confident investing in the right garden/home office building that meets my needs. What a superb experience. The show site has a great range of buildings. Karen, who showed me around and listened to what I needed, was invaluable. Although I am not yet ready for my building (in the process of moving house), I will return to Crane to purchase. Excellent quality and no pushy sales staff!
