From the first communication with Custom Garden Rooms, we never had any doubts, from the comprehensive design provided giving a clear indication of what we were buying, to the completion of the build. The whole process felt seamless. The communication was also brilliant all questions/queries I had were answered promptly I’d also like to acknowledge the incredible professionalism, diligence and remarkable work ethic of every team member who attended. Given the high temperatures during the build. Overall we’re thrilled with the build; it’s exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a Garden Room, Look no further.

Quick visit to the show room and shown around by Phil I knew I was already sold on the room and opted for 5m x 3m First of all a massive thanks to the lads, they turned up everyday regardless of weather (and we had alot of rain!) Very professional and we barely even knew they there were most days Secondly Anna is amazing, she has been there anytime I had a question or when asking for advice on the room and garden and would always accommodate where possible Room was finished in just over 2 weeks which was great considering the weather at start of May We opted for ethernet to be ran from the home along side the electrics and its perfect, highly recommend this and the dimmer switch for inside. Great addons! Anyone looking to get a room and home not owned currently the council still approve the 5m x 3m room with no planning permission as it falls within permitted building however you do need to request access as a formality which was done in around 6 weeks Not a single regret with the purchase, now looking to convince the wife to let me ask Phil and Anna to come do some work in the garden with their new paving work! The garden room is absolutely amazing. Can't believe how good it looks! Can't thank the lads enough for all the work they put into it. Right from the first day, they were here early everyday working on it and they were all great to talk to. Nothing was an issue for them. Anna has been amazing organising everything over email. She made the process so easy and stress free for me. We also met Phil at the showroom who showed us through everything and that really helped us pick exactly what we wanted. From our initial meeting with Phill, through design to completion, Custom Garden Rooms have been superb. They have been prompt, professional, efficient and courteous throughout. At every stage communication has been excellent. We are very, very pleased with our new garden room and cannot recommend Custom Garden Rooms highly enough.

I cannot praise CGR enough, from start to finish they have been exemplary and professional. Anna and all the team are amazing. Anna was always on hand to handle any queries. It's been genuinely hassle free, like a perfectly oiled machine. We are so happy with the results and can't wait to get into our new office. The office was great value and will really tranform our home working. Thank you doesn't really cover it, they are real craftsman and you can tell they genuinely care about doing the best job possible. I now have a number of friends who want one and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The whole process from enquiring to build was simple and well communicated. The builders were fantastic and our garden room was completed quickly. The products used were great quality and our garden room looks amazing!
