Direct Garden Buildings

I purchased a shed through Direct Garden Buildings and sometimes things go wrong with a purchase. The problem wasn't with Direct Garden Buildings but with a manufacturer but Direct Garden Buildings "owned the problem" and left no stone unturned in helping me to achieve a satisfactory solution. I can only commend them highly for their customer care and would recommend them as a reliable supplier.

Awfull I WOULD RATHER USE A BIN. Sent us a shed that doesnt fit. Asked for refund said leave outside for collection. Didn't pic it up. Not the best the wood like cardboard. No refund avoid 100% completely. Waste of money they give u all the talk and make u belive the quality standards are good well make it from matchsticks and tissue

I placed an order for a log cabin which was advertised with a 20% discount and received full order confirmation with payment taken via PayPal. The following day, I was informed that the discount was a “system error” and asked to pay an additional £194 or cancel the order. While I understand mistakes can happen, the price did not appear obviously incorrect, and the order had already been processed and confirmed. What was particularly disappointing is that the company refused to offer any compromise or goodwill gesture, despite the inconvenience caused. This experience has left me with little confidence in their pricing transparency and customer service. I would recommend caution when ordering. This felt misleading and not in line with what I would expect from a reputable retailer!

Kevin from direct garden buildings was great he sorted out my supplier of summerhouse doors for me and we got them replaced would recommend his company to anyone great after sales service keep up the good work
