I wish I had read some of these reviews before I ordered my shed from Hope Valley Garden Centre. I have tried to contact TJ Sheds but so far have had no response from them. My first complaint was that after explaining that the shed would have to fit through a 7foot high garden gate, I was advised to pay an extra £100 to have my shed manufactured in smaller sections, I agreed and pay extra. However when delivered it was in full size sections. It did go through the gate, but I have paid £100 extra for nothing, as TJ Sheds did not supply the shed in small sections as paid for. Is this regarded as fraud? My second complaint is that I appreciate sheds are not made from top quality wood, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality that was actually used. There are numerous splits and faults in the wood and in one place you can clearly see daylight from the inside.. In several places where the parallel logs are supposed to slot into the one below, they only just touch, I doubt they will survive many windy days. In my opinion my shed is not a 'Quality shed' by any stretch of the imagination. I would appreciate someone from T J Sheds to contact me to discuss the superfluous £100 charge. When I questioned the delivery men regarding 'small piece manufacture' they knew nothing about it and confirmed the sections were full size. I would highly recommend TJ Sheds. The customer service from Tia was outstanding – she was very responsive and extremely helpful in solving each of my questions. My Shed was delivered on time and exceeded my expectations with quality, features, and material, however it was placed too far back in the garden (it should have been in line with my garage) I thought I could live with it but after a few weeks of trying, it got the better of me, a quick phone call to Tia and within a week she had sorted the lads, (who again were great), to come back and move it to the correct place, and I must say I am extremely happy. I would highly recommend TJ Sheds & Summerhouses.

If you want your shed or summerhouse to arrive complete and on the same day use another company. Both buildings we ordered arrived incomplete and it took over 2 months for them to come back and complete the last remedial works. The windows leak also but I've fixed them myself rather than try get them back again. And don't try and complain you get accused of trying to emotionally blackmail the staff

I visited on a weekend and met a guy called Ash, he showed me what options would suit the space I had available, I left with a brochure and hand written notes from Ash to have a think. I returned later that day to place an order, I was given an estimated delivery slot, the installation time was absolutely amazing, it was as if the guys were never here and the summer house dropped from sky, they were here no longer than 30 minutes. We are really pleased with the final result and have included a photo.

Great all round experience, resulting in an absolute dynamite new garden space/shed! Love it! Thanks to the guys, Jack and Tom, tremendous, made it all look so easy but have produced a real smart wonderful water-tight, insulated studio/ workspace. Fitted today and can’t wait to use it now. Lit it up tonight to celebrate 🍻 Thanks fellas, you’re stars. Total top recommendation 😁👍🏻 7 months on, the double glazed doors were fitted without packers!! So glass sank down in the frames and caused the doors to jam REALLY badly, unable to open. TJSheds wouldn’t return, got local window/door fitter to fix it, for £80 and now TJSheds are ignoring my emails to settle the £80 bill!! Couldn’t get into the shed for months!! Pay up mate!!
