It’s now all set up and standing in its full glory — and I absolutely love it. The quality is outstanding, the process was smooth, and the support throughout has been second to none. Nice people and good communication but unfortunately not competitive or willing to even consider price matching other suppliers so we purchased from another local Elite dealer and saved £138 in the process.

Friendly staff full of knowledge about there greenhouses. Lots of advice and good explanations to questions asked. If you are looking for a greenhouse I would recommend a visit.

Fabulous personal service. I wanted a fly screen for my existing greenhouse door but the company I bought it from didnt make them. I found Elloughton online. Even though they were too far from me to visit they took my details and measurements, mailed me a price and the screen arrived within the week. It looks great, fits perfectly and will last a lifetime. I can't praise them enough

When we originally went I was very skeptical about the whole process. I expected the big sell, aimed at rich pensioners and me not being able to afford much. The staff were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and they had some ex display models available at a big discount. We went for one of these and it was delivered when we asked. After building it we thought we'd pop back and look at some staging. Again, the staff were really helpful and we came away with the ideal staging and potting area for our greenhouse. They also do spare glass and cut to shape. An awkward large curved piece was £9 cut to size. Bargain. Overall, I would just go there. The website doesn't do this place justice as it's got loads of greenhouses, staging and any other extras you might want. As a tight Yorkshireman I was expecting the worst but left with everything I needed, spending half as much as I thought I might have to.

Friendly helpful knowledgable staff, even the dog got in on the visit. Lots of empty bases where greenhouses had been sold, but still plenty to choose from. Need your sat nav to find the place. Well worth the visit, bought one, 5 weeks delivery.
