Tom and his team have just completed a beautiful office room at our property, and we are thrilled with the result. The entire process was highly professional, from the design phase through to the final touches. One thing that really impressed us was how polite and hard-working everyone was, even during a heatwave! Every person on the build was friendly and clearly knew their trade. We were consulted and kept updated at every stage, all our technical questions were answered, and some last-minute changes were accommodated without issue. The finished room looks absolutely stunning. The photos on the website are lovely, but seeing the completed space in person is really something. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Garden Room Solutions to anyone thinking about adding a room to their garden. From start to finish, they made the whole process smooth and pain-free.

Tom, Grant, Sam, and the rest of the team did an absolutely superb job building my 6x5m garden room. It's my new home office, man cave, and entertainment room, depending on the time of day. I'm thrilled with the space and finish. The structure was thoughtfully positioned, creating the best views. It was carefully installed on a screw pile foundation in order to not damage the many surrounding trees and their roots. From start to finish, the guys provided an impeccable service. The quoting process was simple and transparent, with Tom offering excellent communication and advice. The build took about five weeks and went smoothly. Any issues were quickly rectified and I've been left completely impressed by the team's professionalism, hard work, and attention to detail. Everything was coordinated to fit around my work and personal schedule, which was much appreciated. OK, firstly I'd like to say that I've not been to any of their showrooms or installations. However I made an enquiry online to several companies and these guys were the only ones that got back to me with a phone call. I have to say another company did respond via email, but unfortunately for some reason this was sent straight to my junk folder. A curtious chap called Tom called me to arrange an appointment to view the site and talk me through things. He turned up exactly on time, saw that I'd already had the base in place, and proceeded to take notes on my requirements and put my mind at ease regarding planning permission and building regulations. Less than 24 hours later he had emailed me his quote, which to be fair was a bit more than I'd expected, but that was only down to the dreaded VAT. I accepted his quote and again quicker than promised I had the first digital draft of plans, showing me almost exactly what my garden room was going to look like. The following day he dropped off some samples of the composite cladding I'd chosen, so that I could match the colour to my new steel fence panels. He called in again the next day to confirm my choice and to go through the quote in detail. He left saying that the contract would be through within a few days. Today is Friday, so hopefully Monday or Tuesday....to be continued.

Great experience from beginning to end. Tom was helpful and professional in the early stages, providing and amending designs to meet my requirements for a pottery studio with plumbing and light. He kept me informed about installation dates and there were no delays. Everyone who came to work on the property was professional and understanding. A minor technical glitch at the end was fully resolved with minimum fuss. I am very pleased with the final product. Fully recommend.
