I spoke with a very pleasant lady who stated Robert wasn't available at that time. She took my contact details and promised there would be a return call when I could discuss my requirements. Unfortunately, that promised call did not materialise. Why can people not follow up on an enquiry? I have now placed my order for a Garden Room with another company who have so far been meticulousl in their attention to detail. There is an old saying: "If you snooze, you loose."
Contacted Rob with quite a big build and a few requests and specifications. Excellent from start to finish, the studio looks great, good quality, well finished, the usual back and forth with having work done all answered promptly and issues dealt with as they came up. Great team overall would recommend 👍👍
Robert and his team did an excellent job. First class workmanship, very tidy in the garden which was left tidy everyday. If I changed my mind about something he was very happy to accommodate me. Highly recommended Garden Rooms.

Robert advised us on an individual room to meet our needs and was flexible about any changes we needed. Robert and his team installed an Eco Pod for us, and the experience was smooth and very professional. We were kept up to date with everything that was happening and are extremely happy with the garden room, it looks amazing and is a perfect space for us. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
Excellent service from start to completion. Workmanship is very professional and Robert was very adaptable to change if needed and gave wonderful advice. No hesitation in recommending this firm.
