Good experience overall. At the show site we were guided through the available range, and chose the shed we wanted, after Dave answered all our questions. It was ready quicker than we expected, and arrived at the agreed time. Alex assembled it rapidly and efficiently, and it looks excellent.

We’d spent nearly a year researching garden sheds before making a decision, visiting multiple showrooms, garden centres within about an hour’s drive, and browsing countless options online. We didn’t want to rush such an important purchase, especially as we’d already had the base prepared as part of our landscaping. From the outset, Greenspace Creations stood out. In many of the other places we visited—particularly some garden centres—we felt under pressure, as though we were being given a hard sell. Our experience with Dave was completely different. We came across Greenspace Creations sheds at Dobbies in Lichfield and immediately noticed the difference: the sheds looked higher quality than most others we’d seen, the pricing felt fair and reasonable, and we loved the range of colours available. Even after that, we continued to look elsewhere to be sure—but nothing matched what we’d already seen. I returned to Dobbies and spent quite a bit of time speaking with Dave about our requirements. Throughout the process, he explained everything clearly and honestly, helping us make informed decisions without ever making us feel pressured or upsold on things we didn’t need. Once we agreed on the design and were happy with the quote, everything moved smoothly. The shed was built just a few weeks later by a team who were efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result. The shed is exactly what we wanted—solid, well-built, and visually impressive. It feels like something that will last us for many years to come. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and it was reassuring to deal with what is clearly a genuine, family-run business. I bought a shed from Greenspace Creations to use as a workshop in my rear garden. The shed was very good quality and the service was very professional. The installers turned up promptly at the agreed time and date, and within a few hours had installed a wooden base and erected the shed. I thoroughly recommend this company and will be using them again, when we buy a summerhouse in a couple of years.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The build itself was completed to a high standard and the customer care was above and beyond. No question or query was too much and each part of the build was checked on. I will definitely be using this company again.

I am very pleased with the 10ft by 8ft Garden Room that I recently purchased. From the initial contact with the selling agent at Dobbies near Shenstone to the final construction all involved acted in a very professional manner and were polite and courteous. The garden room is of good quality and very reasonably priced as I had looked at other companies and options. If you were thinking of having a garden room/office added to your property I would highly recommend using Green Space Creations.
