We had a slight hiccup on delivery day when a panel was mixed up and the door was missing, but the team handled it perfectly. After a quick call to the office, John personally made sure the missing parts arrived at my house within 48 hours. I really can't recommend this company enough—true professionals!
I've just bought a 6 x 5 Apex shed and have received excellent customer service when i visited in store and also afterwards on the telephone and by email when i placed an order. Jon the Show Site Manager was very informative and thorough with my order and was courteous throughout. If your in the market for a new garden building them i strongly recommend a visit as it has an abundance of quality buildings to choose from within a great site and the people cannot do enough for you.. Highly recommended.
I just wanted to highlight the excellent service we had from Jon. We were looking for some accessories for our greenhouse purchased earlier this year and he gave some great advice on what would specifically benefit our needs. Ordered them and we received them at speed. Excellent, friendly service whilst being professional. Highly recommended!
I'd been looking at greenhouses at various sites but was disappointed at the lack of knowledge or interest some of the sales people displayed. Then I found Greenhouse People at Ditchling. The experience couldn't have been better. On my first visit David Potts took time to listen to my requirements, offered advice, didn't try to hard sell, was patient, friendly and professional. I returned a week later having changed my ideas slightly. Again David gave willingly of his time and contacted his head office to answer a couple of my questions. For me the quality of the personal service was as important as the quality of the product. Other greenhouses may be of the same quality but I didn't have faith in the sales people. I'm expecting my greenhouse to be delivered next week and feel confident that David and his colleague at Ditchling will be there to help if needed. A well earned 5 stars.
Jon was very helpful and communication with The Greenhouse People was excellent. Tony made a very good job building the greenhouse. He likes an early start and worked hard in difficult weather conditions. I am delighted with my greenhouse. I cannot recommend Tony highly enough.
From the initial meeting with David, I felt we were in well informed and knowledgeable hands. He answered all my questions and showed me the various options of greenhouses that were suitable for my needs. I selected the one that I liked best and am absolutely delighted with the result. Clear instructions for the people laying the base and Tony Birkbeck, a very experienced greenhouse fitter to complete the job. Everybody involved were helpful and accommodating. I cannot recommend them enough. In fact I work at a garden open to the public, and my boss has asked for the company’s details having seen mine!
We ordered a 29ft Alton Westminster Greenhouse and received Excellent service from David and team at Ditchling. Also very accommodating when we had to change the size after initial order. 10 out of 10 for Tony who did the installation. We are thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend the Greenhouse People ( and Tony of course!)
