Customer services are polite and helpful, however the delivery estimate provided on the website is very misleading. We ordered a cabin (since refunded) with an estimated delivery of 35 working days (later this slipped to 7-8 weeks). Eventually we were contacted by the manufacturer/delivery partner, and the earliest date we were offered was a full 20+ weeks after purchase. We were given the option of paying an additional £400+ to bring delivery in to 10 weeks (so still not within the time provided on the website). The website still shows my particular cabin in stock (although I would argue if it takes 20+ weeks to manufacture and deliver a log cabin, is it really in stock?) and with a delivery of 35 working days, so this really does need to be updated so that customers can make an informed choice.
⛔ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ⛔ I placed an order for an 8ftx8ft log cabing with guaranteed delivery by the 8th october which worked perfect for my little nail business. It got to the 6th october and with no communication regarding delivery I called up to be told my hut wouldnt arrive until December, canceled my order and requested full refund, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund, I've not had any emails regarding the cancellation, my bank have said no refund has even been processed, now in the process of a dispute to get my money back
Pretty dreadful to be honest! Ordered a cabin on the premise it would be delivered within 28 days as promised. Little to no correspondence a month later despite numerous calls and emails. Finally got through to someone and they told me the delivery would be closer to December!!!! This was after ordering end of July!!!! Cancelled the order obviously!

Ordered a 4m x 2.5m pent log cabin for delivery to Jersey. Great price even with the £250 delivery, excellent quality, really easy to build (just like Lego). Customer service was really good, prompt reply to questions etc. Highly recommended.
Will give more when answers when I receive it. Don't understand the £250:00p it says that it was free for people living in england. Could you please send me a reason why.
