Johnson’s Garden Buildings have been fantastic from the start to the finish. The advisor when we visited the shop - Dean was so friendly and polite and didn’t pressure us into buying anything that wasn’t within our price range. Dean showed us all of the options including what the different specifications were, he booked an appointment for a site visit to see if our chosen garden room will fit the space and talked us through the process. Dean kept in touch through the whole process from buying the building to having it installed, answered all of my questions and gave hints and tips on how to get the best out of the room, how to paint etc. Dean even kept in touch after to check in and find out how we were getting on with it. I can’t fault the team in any way the builders that came Matt and Dom took 2 days to build the garden room they were great very professional, polite, well mannered and kept us in the loop of what was going on. After the building was up we then had another day of electrics going in and the air con. I love my garden room which is an office/craft room and am looking forward to spending my free time there. I couldn't recommend the team enough. It’s been a pleasure.Thank you Johnson’s and thank you Dean, Matt and Dom!
Gorgeous garden room installed ! Fabulous service from start to finish. It’s a truly impressive addition to my cottage garden and I thank the Johnsons team for their gentle , personalised approach . From my initial visit to the site to view garden rooms , I was guided through the process and given solid advice all the way. Dean talked me through every detail, concern and question and gave me confidence in my decision . He ensured the whole process was smooth, seamless and solid.. The construction team were absolutely brilliant , it was a joy to see their wonderful work coming together before my eyes on installation day . And thanks to the electrician who completed the work a few days after installation. I’m more than delighted with my garden room ! Thank you .

Dean and the Dunstable office staff were very approachable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and showed us all the differing options. They accommodated our request to use oil based products rather than paint on the cabin, which was much appreciated. The construction staff (Joe, George and Graham) were very professional and completed on time. The electricians from Hawks (I think it was Jordan and Tyler) were excellent and the finished job was really neat and tidy.
We had a large area of garden that was overgrown with conifers and rubbish - we worked with Dean at Johnsons and now have a stunning summer house … it’s being well used now ! All the team at Johnson’s were great to work with , from survey to the installation team -
Dean has been a great help organising what has been a completely stress free and informative experience. I went into the process knowing very little about what I wanted, and had each step explained clearly, was offered guidance on how to get the most for my money, and felt in the loop the entire time. The team that came to build the garden room did so very efficiently, and it looks brilliant. I would absolutely use Jhonsons again in the future, but because of the sturdy materials and brilliant workmanship, I won't have to! Thanks to all involved.
