Very poor service, 6 days from ordering before delivery, then only 1 box of 2 delivered, I had to chase, TWICE to then get an email to say be delivered in 2 days. Despite me advising wanted item for an important family event. On both calls I was made to feel like an inconvenience and zero care or customer service. Mistakes happen, its the way they are dealt with that sets companies apart and sadly, this company clearly could not care about a customer! Lets see how long the return process takes! Avoid if you want any level of support or customer care.

Excellent company to deal with from ordering my Cheltenham Arch through to delivery, everything was straightforward and simple. The quality of the arch is superb and it was easy to install. It's replaced my old one which was rotting away after 25 years and I fully expect that this one will last equally as long!

First used One Garden a number of years ago and was pleased with all aspects of the purchase then. Have just bought a new raised bed am pleased to say nothing has changed. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

Quick delivery of the metal garden shed which was not too difficult to assemble. Looks good and serves its purpose

Love our new bench. Was straightforward to put together. We had one aberration when we fixed the seat panel the wrong way around but was obvious that another part would not be flush against it. So undid it and did it the right way around. It looks lovely and is really solid. No movement or wobbling. The Allen key bolts make it very strong. Think this will do good service in our garden for years and years. Have bought a cover for it for the winter months.

I brought the Yardmaster 8x6ft shed. I also brought the shelves and floor frame. I found it might have been easier to fit the shelves while assembling the shed instead of later when the roof was on. You definitely need two people to fit the roof. Regarding delivery it arrived on the day it was advised

Recently bought a Shire Corner Shed. Very good service, timely delivery and good quality for the price. I took care to thoroughly treat the shed with three coats of a high quality preservative to both sides of each panel. It's taken a while to get everything done because I built the shed on a raised platform to deal with a very uneven surface so I have had to make my own steps and raised beds to hide the platform. I have also wired the shed for light and power. Finally completed last week and I'm extremely happy with the results. Would recommend Shire and One Garden on the basis of this experience.
