Very pleased with product but even more pleased with fitters and customer service. How refreshing to deal with actual people who are both good at communicating with customers and very skilled in their roll. Fitters did a fantastic job and gave great advice. (Very helpful). Was a smooth process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
Decided to buy a log cabin from Shedworld all seemed fine until it was being fitted then we had quite a few problems regarding windows and doors that didn’t turn up when they should have. Window frames had chips on them that really show up because they are black but I thought it’s ok I can cope with that, but then we started having problems with the doors not opening and shutting correctly. After quite some time 2 men came out to fix them, they said the doors hadn’t been fitted correctly and did what they could. I contacted Steve again to see if they could sort the doors out (maybe they were faulty) he said he would pass the message onto Julie. I haven’t heard a single thing about it since. Julie hasn’t rung us back so it seems the after sales from these people are atrocious. If I’d have known they were only kind and helpful when they are selling I would have used another company. Be aware!
A very good shed buying experience! Lady was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. No hard sell, just clear information. Old shed removed at lowest quoted price and new shed all delivered and constructed to schedule as agreed. Would highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really happy with the service from Sheds World. When I visited the store I was greeted by a man called Steve who was really polite and down to earth. I also spoke to a lovely lady who handled all the booking — she was really friendly and helpful too. The shed was fitted within a week, and Steve did an excellent job. I couldn’t fault the work at all, and he was polite and professional the whole time. Definitely recommend them.
