I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Anthea and her two fitters for the great service that they provided recently. From my initial enquiry on a Sunday afternoon, until the guys left my house, I received great customer service and I am exceptionally happy with the shepherds hut that now sits happily in my wild flower meadow. I took a risk, having only seen photos online, and was obviously a bit wary as the internet is full of scam companies taking your money, but I made some calls, did my research, and cannot praise the results enough. A huge thank you to whole team for all their hard work. I really recommend this company for both the quality of their product and their dealings with customers. July 2024

Just had my Summerhouse fitted (11thJuly 22). From ordering the summerhouse to the fitting everything went smoothly. Anthea was great on the phone, nothing too much trouble. The two guys turned up exactly when they said they would. Both were great and very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend The Log Cabin Company to anyone. Summerhouse looks fantastic. Such a fantastic company! We recently had a terrible experience with a 'shed' company, so many faults and leaks, we therefore wanted to make sure the company we bought from after our disaster was more than perfect, so we did a lot of research.. The log cabin company absolutely are amazing! really informative, such high quality materials and construction, you probably won't realise how good these are unless you compare to other summer houses, then you will see how good these are! everything from the walls, doors to Windows are so much better quality than the majority of other summer houses, we are extremely pleased and the price is very reasonable too especially when compared to the quality!! The two fitters had the cabin up in a matter of hours, in the pouring rain and took the time to explain everything to us, Anthea was also great, kept in touch and regular contact throughout. Our 10x10 cabin has been up for several months now, with no faults or problems, 10/10 would recommend!
