Arrived on time and were professional throughout the build. Overcame a blocking problem and via the adjoining boundary fence managed to navigate a large wall section to the site. Quickly built the summer house without bothering us till completion.
We had our shed delivered and the the two men that came we’re absolutely brilliant They did a great job and had the shed put up in no time great service from order to delivery and would highly recommend them
First off I need to say that everyone I dealt with at Solid Sheds was lovely and helpful and professional. But unfortunately a sub-standard product let them down. I bought a corner summerhouse in November and from day 1 it leaked from a number of places: roof, corner meeting points, windows, doors and nail-holes (even after 3 coats of the recommended paint). The team came out on a number of occasions (and like I say were very helpful and keen to sort the problem) but the building just continued to leak, despite them replacing the roof and a side panel. My gut feeling is that we had an inferior run from the factory - the nail holes were too deep, the joints were perhaps not sealed well enough, the boards were perhaps warped etc etc. After putting up with this for 2 months, I decided enough was enough and asked for a refund. To be fair, there was no quibbling and the building was collected and my refund was processed. I was really disappointed as the team / staff all seem lovely (and I really wanted a dry summerhouse!) My other disappointment was that nobody said sorry - well, on the collection day one of the installation team did say sorry, which was nice, but nobody "higher up" (production manager, customer services manager, etc) did, which I think is a bit poor, to be honest. So, in summary, lovely people but a very leaky product.
Bought a shed from these last May. Ex display. Fitted by them, new roofing felt was supplied at times of fitting by them. Now the roof is leaking. Pent roof. Rang to be told it's condensation to leave door open even though shed has a vent built in but clearly its leaking this isnt condensation. Was advised call out fee is £100 to inspect it. No after service. Disappointing. Paid a lot of money for it did not expect roof to fail within 8 months. Will rectify ourselves. So no I can't recommend this company.

Had my summer house delivered and erected by jiri and Chris. Very happy with my purchase from sales office, Kristen at gordale Garden Centre. To finished product. Looking forward to spending many hours enjoying my purchase. A very well made summer house.
