Bought the 8x14 ft canopy for my patio. The delivery came very fast. The poor delivery man was very happy to see me waiting for the product as it came in one long box weighing 56kg and I had to help him unload it as there was no way he was going to be able to do that on his own. Overall I'm very happy with the product a few pieces were a bit misshapen and I had to bend these back into place so everything would fit together. The instructions are okay, I'd describe them as a poor man's attempt at copying IKEA, the order of assembly could be improved. The tools supplied with the product are next to useless. It took 3 of us around 7 hours to build and we are all veey competent with DIY. The finished item looks great I've taken a star off for the delivery man being on his own and the fact a few pieces were bent but we worked round this.

£400 for a gazebo that bent in the first 2 months using and they are now not answering emails for a refund. As a small business I can’t afford to lose this money, so looks like small claims it is. 😡 now it’s just a useless, dangerous structure that I have to pay to have taken down. Please can everyone report to trading standards so these crooks don’t get away with it.

Really pleased with our 12x6ft wooden gazebo. Delivery was a little longer than expected but worth the wait once erected. The instructions were a little vague but thankfully I was able to work them them out. Materials are of good quality and it was delivered fully wrapped to ensure there was no damage

Bought 4 x 2 lean too aluminium greenhouse for wife. Best price I found and delivered next day, though for Xmas present. Nice little greenhouse, I have fitted it securely. Built a 3" x 3" fence post frame each side, filling in the back with stained tongue and groove I had lying around, placing a 4" x 2" across top of posts for extra rigidity, then fixed to ground wall and wood backing, but we'll see when the wind truly blows! Kitted out the inside with Argos £20 4 tier shelf unit, and a 3m strip of 6" x 1" planed cut into 3 shelves, fitted to inner verticals with 6 x 5 'L' brackets. Is it perfect? No, but that's 'cause I did it, and there ain't a level surface in the county, but I think she's happy! (It's my kind of perfect).

I ordered the Log Cabin Shed 232. Delivery took about 5 Weeks due to covid and the lockdown. Driver helped carry the parts into my back garden. All parts were in good condition, but the doors were missing. Customer services were very helpful and sent the missing parts by courier within a few days. Instructions were clear and all parts fitted together perfectly. This is a top quality product and I'm very pleased with my new shed (see photo). I can highly recommend this company.

Excellent value Log Cabin. Very good quality. Arrived within 1 week. Amazing. I have erected 4 before from different suppliers over 7 years. This was the best! It is a VERY big pallet and has to be unpacked to hand unload if no forklift or crane.

Delivery of my log cabin was extended but once the promised day arrived it all went very smoothly. The building itself is really good and I am pleased with the end result. Having put one up there was a lot I learned about the construction which would be useful if I ever did another one!
