Tuin | Log Cabins and Timber in Norwich - UK

Purchased a Victoria flat roof cabin in late summer. Very pleased with customer service and delivery. All the bits that should be there were there. However I did experience some difficulty’s in finishing of the roof, particularly with the edge panels at the front.

Very pleased with the elburg cabin I purchased from tuin.it arrived on schedule in perfect condition. I was a bit worried about assembling it correctly, I needn't have worried as it was just a matter of reading the instructions carefully and taking notice of the diagram. Just roll up ya sleeves and get stuck in. I used all the tuin paint and sealers which went on perfectly.All together a great product and excellent company.i would highly recommend

Recently purchased and installed a Perlund cabin from Tuin. I was drawn to Tuin for the quality of timber when compared to the usual UK sites and the very competitive price. Their website provides a detailed set of videos and advice, which meant the self build was possible. Delivery was quick and easy, the mobile forklift delivering to the front of the house up a narrow residential street and installation was quick and easy. Had to rope in someone to help with roof girders but aside from that, 3 days effort for one person including the floor. Online support was very informative and quick for the odd query during the build. My only worry now is what to do with it - I purchased it to use as a shed, but it is too good for that. I am now planning a sauna and outbuilding, and will be going back to Tuin for these in the near future. I would thoroughly recommend Tuin Oliver, Surrey July 24

From initial order and then a couple of calls with the lovely girls in the sales office, the whole experience was brilliant. The delivery was very well communicated, well packaged pallets and no damages. The self build took two days for two of us and the weather was in our favour so helped the experience. Very easy and enough screws, nails and felt tacks in the build pack. Ended up adding a little extension onto the build. We chose the EXCELLENT MODERN GAZEBO - 5.9M X 3.4M and ordered the T&G sections for back and side walls. Very happy with result and everyone in the house now uses the back garden even for a cup of coffee/tea in the morning before work. Not finished yet as still the home made bar to build.

This Loya log cabin is ideal for our needs, which is as a store for garden equipment and cycles. We found it easy to assemble. Though some of the diagrams were misleading, they appeared to be generic covering several cabins. The wood was very accurately machined and fitted perfectly. One issue was with the Carefree Protect as the colour was not as we expected, however Karen was most helpful and we returned it and received a full refund, very good customer service.

Overall a very solid product. Better value for money than most garden sheds. Unfortunately our Palma log cabin had some gaps around the sides & roof despite being assembled by 2 professional carpenters. We had to buy extra timber baton to cover up these gaps. Some exterior defects including a spit in the timber which, had it not been on the back of the cabin and out of view, we would’ve returned the product for. The flooring kit wasn’t great and required lots of extra cuts. Roof shingles look good. Instructions for composite floor bearers poor. I would recommend this product however some things do need addressing by the manufacturer, such as exterior detects, poor instructions (even for professionals), weak flooring kit and gaps around sides & roof.

We bought our Mila Log cabin and erected it as per manufacturer instructions in May 23. After some quality challenges we were happy with the log cabin. Regrettably, it was blown over in a 45 mph wind in February 24. Tuin would not accept any responsibility for the clear design issues but we’re happy to offer to replace the cabin at full list price.
