Cannot rate this incredible team enough- they are beyond 5 stars!! From the very start with communications with James which was extremely professional and efficient, to the groundwork’s team, ground screws team, electrician Garry, plasterers, painter and decorator and of course Will, Shaun and Lee- who worked to an exceptional high standard, professional, hardworking, and no job was to big always ensuring my mum and dads views were important and tailored the annexe to their needs. I would highly recommend this amazing team, who I honestly cannot fault- conscientious, passionate, organised, productive and extremely friendly and polite. We cannot thank you all enough for your incredible work and this Annexe gives my parents the freedom and space they need which is life changing for them. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

At the back end of last year, we got into contact with James & Sussex Garden Rooms, with the idea and hope of having an Annexe built in the garden for our Parents/In-laws, and from the very start, they couldn’t have done any more for us all. James came out at first to assess the garden, explain to us how the process would work, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had at the time. Once we received the first plans, we knew there were tweaks we wanted to make, and none of that was a problem. They changed any plans we asked, no matter how many tweaks. Once planning permission was in place, we had the groundwork’s team out to get everything ready for the start of the build, including all the pipework and the foundations for the annexe. After that came Will, Lee & Shaun, who were absolutely brilliant. From start to finish on the build, we couldn’t have asked for any better! They worked efficiently, kept everything as tidy as possible, and the quality of their work couldn’t be questioned. It took a total of 6 weeks from start to finish, which flew by, and it really felt as though we’d known them all for a lot longer. Everyone who came as a part of the team was also really friendly, and the work carried out was top quality. We really can’t thank them enough for the job that they all did, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We have had our Garden room for over a year now and remain absolutely delighted with it. Superb build and workmanship from start to finish - the guys really take pride in their work and know what they are doing!

From the first point of contact with Sussex Garden Rooms to the final sign off of our wonderful annex we have been impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail shown by every single member of their team. In addition, it was an absolute pleasure to have them on site for the remarkably short time it took to actually build the annex (about 5 weeks) once the ground work had been completed. For anyone considering an annex this company comes highly recommended and the cost was extremely price competitive.

They were brilliant from start to finish. It all worked out so well. Everyone involved in the build were kind, considerate and brilliant at what they did.
