Ian at Braehead showroom was always on hand to assist and went out of his way to help organise the installation with Gibson Groundworks. We were kept informed at all times regarding the delivery of our greenhouse which arrived well packaged and on time. Very happy with the service we received from all staff at Paisley, Milngavie and Stirling branches as we also looked at ex display greenhouses but decided on new.
Ian Mclaren at Breahead was very helpful and informative when we chose our greenhouse. He kept us up to date with optoins and delivery . I was very impressed with the build quality of the greenhouse and instructions are quite clear. Highly recommend going to Braehead if looking for a greenhouse and speak to Ian
Visited show huts in Dobbies at Braehead. Decided on a Dutch Barn hut, and Ian McLaren, the representative , was very attentive and gave us all the necessary information we required, right down to how the hut would be delivered. We used installers recommended by Ian, who were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They had the hut assembled in around 2 hours. We are delighted with the finished product and feel that not only is it extremely practical, it enhanced the garden. We have no doubt that the Dutch Barn , rather than a hut, was the correct option for us, and, was very good value for money, and we look forward to using it for many years to come
We were looking for a lean to greenhouse for a v exposed location - coastal NW Scotland. Ian & Tony were v helpful both over the phone & in person when we visited Braehead, explaining the differences between the Hercules & Robinson models. Both had some features we preferred over the other, so we had to weigh these up. Both Ian & Tony were v patient as we requested multiple quotes for slightly different options..... Eventually we chose a Robinson 12 x 6 lean to in basic form. We're looking forward to collecting it from Braehead!
Tony McNulty at the Braehead office was really great to deal with. He made the whole process of choosing and ordering a new Alton greenhouse simple and stress free. Always on hand to answer any of our questions, he followed up on all aspects of the process from recommending third party installers for us and sending through build specifications for things like bricks and bases. Nothing was too much problem for him. His attention to detail was excellent. We always felt we were in a safe pair of hands with him at the helm.
