Everything is very straightforward and clear, the price is great as it includes installation which was done in hour. Couldn't really ask for more. Highly recommend.

Rob (and Ted!) Have been fabulous! We had an unusual and quite stressful situation and request! And Rob was so understanding and very ' non salesperson' like - he genuinely wanted to help, give the best and most suitable advice and product! I am very grateful and can't wait for it to be installed next week! 😊
From start to finish the process was very easy with this company, politely greeted at the showroom and shown different options to where I agreed on the Charlotte pent 18ft x 10ft. On to the install the 2 lads turned up and were very pleasant and put a shift in on an awkward building site of a garden. Very happy with the final results! Didn’t catch the lads names but they’re top class! All round great company and highly recommendable.
After dealing with multiple other retailers who just didn’t seem bothered about our business we were over the moon start to finish with the service from Rob and the team. We explained our preferences and Rob was extremely accommodating and clearly enthusiastic about the product. Will definitely be returning in future!
Just want to say a massive thankyou to Emma and all the fitters at Timclad who helped with our summerhouse. We had viewed at a few companies and the deciding factor to use Timclad was how friendly, professional and reassuring Emma was and we are absolutely over the moon with our decision and our new room. The summerhouse is perfect 😊 It is better than we could ever have imagined. The whole process from our first meeting to having it erected was seamless. Rob and Ted were fabulous! Took a gamble travelling to York after finding them on Facebook marketplace. Summer houses are amazing and just bought one for our garden.
