John and the Urban Decor team were brilliant throughout our recent garden room build. From coming out to quote, talking us through the options and then building our SIPS garden room, John was always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He really put us at ease and gave us confidence that we’d get exactly what we had agreed at the design stage. John put together a few different designs for us to choose from and then worked with us to refine the one we liked, offering advice based on his experience while always listening to what we wanted. This made the whole process really straightforward. John and Pete, along with all the other trades involved, were conscientious, careful and professional throughout the build. They took real pride in their work and left the area really tidy once everything was finished. Access to our garden isn’t particularly easy, but John and the team handled it without any issues at all. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished garden room and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Urban Decor. 5 stars. Thanks again!

John kept us fully upto date with the build and with what was next on a daily basis. The team left at the end of each day ensuring everything was tidied up always limited the amount of disruption. Outstanding Work by Urban Decor Bury Ltd! I want to extend a huge thank you to John, Peter, and the wonderful team at Urban Decor Bury Ltd for doing such a fantastic job on my summer house. My garden ground was quite uneven and steeply sloped, but as soon as John and his team arrived, they immediately identified the issue and explained that a solid base was needed before construction could begin. They quickly brainstormed a solution, went straight out to source the necessary materials, and returned in no time to build the base and start assembling the structure. On top of that, my garden gets extremely windy, so John took extra care to add an additional anchoring support to make sure the summer house is even more solid and secure. Their efficiency is incredible—they worked so fast and didn't let the cold weather or rain slow them down for a moment. I am so grateful for their strong problem-solving skills, impressive work ethic, and professional attitude. On top of being exceptionally efficient, they were all extremely friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Urban Decor Bury Ltd!

We couldn’t be happier with the work Urban Decor and John have done on our SIPS modular extension. When we first started looking into SIPS modular construction, we’ll be honest — we knew absolutely nothing about it. It felt like a bit of a leap into the unknown. But from the moment John came out to visit us and provide a quote, everything changed. He took the time to explain the entire process in clear, simple terms, answering every question (even the ones we didn’t know we needed to ask). By the time he left, my wife and I felt completely comfortable and confident that SIPS modular construction was not only the right option, but the best option for our home. From start to finish, John and his team went above and beyond. They were highly professional at every stage — organised, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable — but just as importantly, they were friendly, approachable, and genuinely easy to have around. Having a team working on your home for weeks can be stressful, but they made the whole experience feel smooth and manageable. As with any build, a few unexpected issues cropped up along the way, but they handled everything calmly and efficiently. Problems were resolved quickly and without drama, and we always felt informed and involved in the decisions. We also made a few adjustments and added extra requirements as the project evolved (as you do!), and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were flexible, accommodating, and solution-focused throughout. And the end result? Absolutely stunning. The new extension is a beautiful structure that integrates seamlessly with our existing house — it looks as though it’s always been there. The finish is fantastic, and the quality of the build is clear in every detail. It has completely transformed how we use our home. It’s now a space full of light, warmth, and possibility. At the moment it’s being used as a playroom for the kids, and we truly can’t imagine not having it now. We may well be considering a garden office pod in the future, and we will absolutely be reaching out to John and his team when the time comes. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Urban Decor again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a modular build or extension. An exceptional team delivering an exceptional result.

John came to quote and discussed options in full and then he worked with us to fit the build to budget along with his wealth of knowledge. He kept us fully upto date with the build with what was happening. At the end of each day the area was tidied up and caused minimum disruption.
