Great company from start to finish. Kept me updated with all the work that was going on. Any questions or issues they sorted it straight away and easy to contact. Amazing work I now have my hair salon exactly the way I want it. Thank you again!

Build got off to a great start and the two builders were friendly and worked like trojans. Once they were finished the issues started. Electrics delayed, rubbish not cleared, plumbing delayed. The work was over double the timeframe that we were informed it was to be so good job we were not in a hurry. The supervisor did come and check the standard of work which he had a few remedial issues sorted quickly for us. The build itself is great but we did have a call with the office about the paint which we were informed would last for 5years but has come off on the surrounding decking but as flat, now told that this would happen so no 5year guarantee. The doors due to being wood also catch and are stiff which I do understand but was a little perplexed with these as I thought these were going to be aluminium framed/doors and not made from wood. May sound like we are not happy with the build but overall we are, just a few little issues of maybe miscommunication or understanding.

Apex Garden Rooms have been fantastic from first visit to installation through to aftercare. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality of garden room is second to none.

It was clear they took real pride in their work, and the quality of the finished garden room has exceeded all our expectations. The whole process was smooth and professional from the planning stage right through to completion. Matt, our sales representative, was fantastic always available to answer questions and guide us through everything. Sam, who was our initial point of contact, was amazing too. Her communication was excellent and made the whole process stress-free. We were so impressed with everyone involved the joiners, electricians and painters They all worked incredibly hard, were tidy and respectful, and were genuinely lovely people to be around. Despite some delays caused by the rework of the storage section and weather affecting painting, everything was completed within a respectable time and the final result is incredible. We are absolutely delighted with our new garden room and honestly could not be happier with the design, quality, and workmanship. We’ve already recommended Apex Garden Rooms to friends and family.
