atHome UK Garden Rooms

Claims to have insurance which covers you if the company goes bust but doesn't. 10 year guarantee not worth the paper it's written on and very murky operations going on with former directors stringing long tales of woe about how they had been removed from the company but magically have two similar companies registered at the same address. I would stay away from anything with the at-home name attached to it, or with anything to do with Craig Inglis who has a string of Directorship in company's that either go bust or are dissolved. Also found an application for the At-home garden room company to be discontinued on Company House. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go. Good luck

Issues started to show shortly after the room was build. We were promised they would be resolved; now we are being ignored. They clearly do not want to honour the warranty.

I am absolutely delighted with my new garden room office! From start to finish, the purchase process was a pleasure, and I can't recommend this company enough. Sean, the designer, was incredible to work with. He paid close attention to my needs and preferences and went out of his way to accommodate my requests. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he made sure that every detail was just right. The process of constructing the room in their workshop and delivering it to my home by lorry was very impressive. The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The garden room was installed onto the ground screw foundations with the utmost care, and I was amazed to see it simply dropped into place. James and Darren finished off the build on the same day, and I was very impressed by their skills and attention to detail. Now that I've been using the garden room office for a few weeks, I can confidently say that I love it. It's comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. So much so, that I actually feel more productive and inspired when I'm working in it. I've attached some photos to this review so you can see how amazing it looks. Overall, I highly recommend this company for anyone who's looking for a high-quality garden room. The purchase process was stress-free and straightforward. The final product is outstanding. Where do I start after looking at many other high spec garden offices I came across a company called atHomes Uk from giving Michelle an enquiry phone call to having a free no obligation survey by Sean I knew this was the garden office to suit my needs in my price bracket.The Burrows 3.0m x 2.5m was the perfect size for my garden , after paying the deposit I was kept updated from start to finish. To my amazement AtHomes Uk built my office at their factory and delivered it on a Hiab Artic truck by Kelly Transport Service. The ground workers from No More Digging Ground Screw Foundations which I wish to thank for a job well done. I also wish to thank Mark and Danny the Carpenters and also Mark the Electrician, Sean and his team at the factory many thanks. Believe it or not from the finished office leaving the factory it took 7 hours to install into my garden until the keys were handed over. Thank you.
