Boss Garden Rooms was founded in 2019 and is based in Edinburgh. The company offers its services in Glasgow, Perth and everywhere in between. It serves homeowners, developers and businesses, and handles projects from design to garden room installation. Boss Garden Rooms uses in-house teams and no sub-contractors. It provides bespoke garden rooms for uses including home office, gym, studio, cinema room and home studios, and can also handle extensions and granny annexes.
The company offers a range of bi-folding, sliding or french doors and a choice of colours and flooring options. Electrical works are completed and certificated, and CAT6 Ethernet/hardwired internet connection can be installed. A 25-year guarantee is provided on EPDM roofing, and all garden room installations and other works are backed by a structural guarantee.

Exceptional service from start to finish! From the very beginning, William and Grant provided excellent, open, and honest communication, answering all our questions with patience and transparency. As it was our first big home renovation project, we were a bit nervous, but the team made the whole process completely stress-free. The entire B.O.S.S Garden Room team is incredibly hard-working, punctual, and professional. Every member, including the external teams like the electrician and landscaper, was polite, skilled, and clearly proud of their work. The workmanship is outstanding, using high-quality materials and achieving a flawless finish. B.O.S.S. Garden Rooms have been absolutely fantastic. We are thrilled with our new garden room — it’s beautifully built, finished to a high standard, and made with quality materials. Brilliant service, these guys really know what they are doing. Standard of work is exceptional. Got a Garden Room with a golf simulator in it, I am never out of it. Love it, highly recommend.
