Don Carter, the Manager, is very knowledgeable and gave us first-class customer service. This is a slightly unusual review as I didn't actually end up buying from Crane at Burford but the true mark of a company is how they operate when things don't quite go the way they might hope. We were close to selecting Crane, as Don was exceptional throughout a year-long courtship, but we ultimately decided to build a garden room due to an odd shape we had to fill at the back of the garden. When I let Don know we were going that route, his demeanour didn't change one bit - he was interested in what we had decided to do & even though a potential sale was off the table, the relationship he'd nurtured endured. So, whilst i can't vouch for the product (plenty of others have), I can most certainly vouch for the professionalism & good nature of the people.

We visited the Burford branch of Crane and found them to be extremely helpful. Don really lisented to what we wanted from an outside building and offered different options and different price points. We would have no hesitation in suggesting you look at the brilliant range they have available. Thank you Don for all your help.
Fantastic service - not the cheapest but in my opinion the best !! Everybody at Crane from start to finish have been amazing - going out of their way to help . Having had many sheds over the years this shed is head and shoulders better than any of the previous. I can recommend them to anybody .
