Create a Space Garden Room Design Ltd

Would highly recommend Create a Space. Working with our small plot of land, they were able to construct two extensions to our bungalow, so we now have a bespoke office/music room, and a walk-in utility and storage room. Could not wish for more honest, friendly and competent builders. I had no idea that it was possible to fix a 'garden room' to the side of the house to create an extension, until we spoke to Steve about our design. Now we have something that looks better than brick (the red cedar is great), does exactly what we want it to do, and cost less than a conventional building! Thank you guys!

I always think after reading eight or nine glowing reviews of a company that they must be pretty good and in this case I’m going to add to those reviews with another glowing one! For our very particular music studio project I think I’d spoken to 6 or 7 different builders, but when it came to Steven and Alan it was a no-brainer. I worked with Stephen on all the design for weeks and his care for every detail matched mine always calling to check with me with ideas solutions. And then when Alan and his sons Cory and Connor arrived on site to actually build the studio you couldn’t wish for more professionalism attention to detail and hard work, plus just super nice fellas! They really did go over and above to make sure that the dual working space for me and my wife as music producer and VoiceOver artist functioned as we needed it to and we really couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s a beautiful Space to be in and work in, feels super well built and secure, and I investigated a lot of other garden room companies and feels like the spec of our building is far superior to any of the others. And all for a very reasonable price! I wish these guys all the best as they really are one of the best companies out there. My daughter even included Alan and Steven in a drawing of “our family“!

Couldn't be happier with our brand new Garden room! The team was a pleasure to work with from the very first contact we had with them. They were super efficient, professional, polite, on time. Building work is usually pretty stressful but this was very stress free. Their attention to detail is really second to none which makes for a really good quality building whch we're sure will last for years. A few of our neighbours are already thinking about getting one themselves and we've 100% recommended using Create A Space!

Steve and Alan from Create A Space are absolutely awesome. Their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process from design consultation, site visits, and into the build fix and finish phase was spot on. The large and custom design was built in less than three weeks using aluminium screw pile foundations to lessen impact on surrounding protected trees, and SIP panels were delivered and constructed with military timing and precision. The end result, complete with power, high speed internet, beautiful sliding glass frontage, a deck for chilling overlooking the garden, outside socket, a plethora of power options, a heat pump and air conditioner combo, is nothing short of stunning. These guys own the process end to end and have genuine care for the end result and a job well done. The best recommendation however comes from my cul-de-sac neighbours, who have complemented me about the courtesy, efficiency and hard working nature of the whole team that constructed my lovely garden room. We had the best possible experience one could ask for with Steve, Alan and the crew. They worked with us tirelessly to make sure that every last detail was perfect, willing to alter bits of the design to suit out exact needs. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys and it was an absolute pleasure to have them on site and get to know them. The resulting space they have created is perfect for the multi-purpose bar, office and TV space we were after and every last detail has been finished to perfection. Having had the opportunity to work at home during the build, I was able to watch their process of building and putting the space together and was constantly impressed at the effort that was put in every day and blown away by the skill and craftsmanship that they put into every detail, from woodwork, to plumbing to electrics.
