Would highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs!! Please do your homework before buying from Dunster House. I had several problems with mine, firstly being many broken and missing pieces which customer service claim they will not replace missing pieces only broken ones even then it took 3 weeks to deliver which delayed the build, I also paid for the upgraded UPVC in black on mine which came and was all damaged again customer service didn’t care they just claimed they were a 3rd party ordering from another company alls I was offered was a touch up pen!! £1800 for damaged windows to be covered by a touch up pen!! One window even came with different length hinges so the window wouldn’t shut properly and opened wonky!! All the longer pieces of wood were bowed severely and wouldn’t sit properly. Please do your homework before you buy from these the quality is disgusting I can’t believe the quality of mine which stands me well over £5000 now and was an absolute waste of money. Highly recommend that you avoid Dunster House, the aftercare sales is shocking just about get a reply from them to which they say they are only 3rd party. I am devastated I never done more research into these before buying!

Customer after sales service is useless, they couldn’t give a monkeys. We had parts missing and trying to source them was almost impossible! Loads of these garden house companies around so do yourself a favour and try one of the others!

Thank You, I ordered through Carl who was very helpful and took around 4 weeks for The Terminator pent log cabin 4mtr x 2.5mtr with insulated floor and roof plus the upvc windows and doors and it was delivered through the Liverpool branch 2 great guys handball the lot off on my drive, The Build went well even tho Storm Dave held us up, so it took 3 days instead of 2 days full days plus i done 1 coat 2 weeks after the build so will do another coat in a few weeks time, you must just stick to the instructions and measurements and it all falls into place, The quality is fab and were i work we have had 3 different sizes of these over the years so i knew what i was getting, cheers Dave 🍻

We bought a 10' x 8' barn style shed. Building it was easy, logical especially when you read the instructions properly. Nice strong build which is standing up to the gales and high winds up here near the coast
