We couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Their communication was brilliant—they answered all of our questions, even the tricky ones. They offered a free site visit, and even though our space was difficult to access, the delivery was seamless. When we first looked at garden rooms, the one we liked was much more expensive, but they honestly advised us to choose a more affordable option. We had to make last-minute changes to our order, including downsizing the build, and they were incredibly accommodating. We also asked them to move the build forward by 2 months, and they managed it, despite some awful weather conditions! Overall, fantastic service from start to finish.

Just installed the lynx lair for me, all completed in three weeks. Holding up very well for a decent price.

Paid £4200 for a studio cabin, arrived nearly 2 months late and the flooring was so wet it had to be stood up and drained, they. Sent the wrong instructions and took a month to get the correct ones despite repeated requests, when building nothing fitted properly and both side walls bowed, the front is incorrect and the doors don’t fit because the front is 3 different lengths all of which are to short, the flooring is not fit for purpose and below recommended thickness for garden rooms, it leaks through every corner, and the manager Sam miles is saying it’s not been built correctly but can’t say how or what has been done wrong, he refused to do an onsite inspection to discuss the problem and then said I was threatening all of which are lies, it is now in the hands of legal team. Don’t buy from these scam artists they are a joke and sell unfit products and then try to avoid the blame. Cowboy’s.

The lads did an amazing job from start to finish and we are delighted with our cabin. It's so cosy and has given us an extra room for my daughter to study and relax at an affordable price! She is so excited to do the interior and we will keep you updated as it comes together. Thanks for going above and beyond to get this ready for Christmas!

Bought a 5metre by 4metre cabin, 44mm logs and upgraded roof, upgraded to double glazed windows and doors, cost me just short of £4000 Please if you are considering buying one then save your money. It was a disaster from day one, I should have sent it back for a full refund. The windows were buckled and so were the doors. Took weeks to get replacements which were astonishingly worse. So many things didn't fit properly and had to be made stronger, now we are into winter there is rain absolutely pouring into the dream cabin we were sold. They are fast enough to blame the suppliers, but my argument was they sold it to me and said they build them in their own workshop. That was not true, they just get them shipped out from probably the worst cabin manufacturer going. If I knew it was from bily oh I wouldn't have bought it. Now they say they have distanced themselves from them. Bit late for me, I still feel like it should be replaced or returned even now

From the site visit to the installation, Sam and Owen kept in touch and completed everything quickly and efficiently, keeping me updated throughout. The garden room is really lovely, just waiting for the electrics and flooring to be done and then I shall be using it constantly. Excellent service with a smile!
