Such great service on the three occasions I have dealt with this company , they couldn’t have been more helpful ! I Visited Notcutts in Norwich initially just for information , Dan Schuller was so helpful , I left that day knowing I definitely wanted to make a purchase ! I then spoke to him on the phone with a question regarding the sale which again was answered . My husband and I then went back again to purchase and again great service from Will Carter ! Such a rare thing to get such good service by two people nowadays … thank you guys … let’s hope the delivery and product stands up to their hard work ! Denise Gosling

Really pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. Will and Dan were both excellent throughout the project — always helpful, responsive, and patient whenever I needed advice or clarification on parts during the build. The greenhouse has now been completed and we’re genuinely delighted with the final result. The quality of the greenhouse is excellent and it fits the space perfectly. One small piece of feedback for Robinsons would be that clearer labelling on some of the parts and fixings would make assembly easier on larger installations, but overall the support and service from The Greenhouse People was superb. Highly recommended.

Before I placed my order, I spoke to Will on the phone and he subsequently sent me 2 emails. In the call and the emails, Will gave me much useful information and advice and has a wealth of knowledge on the greenhouse I wanted. He talked me through the process and received my order over the phone making the whole experience smooth. I have no hesitation in recommending The Greenhouse People as an excellent place from which to order a greenhouse.

The Greenhouse People - Notcutts Norwich with Will and Dan. Both were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient with my multitude of questions and understanding in what we were looking for. We decided on two octagonal greenhouses since our fence is not straight, it has many angles going in all directions, plus they were going in-between a brick shed and a summer house which are not parallel to each other, so lots of different angles. We installed them at slightly different angles to each other, which actually fits better than trying to make them look straight. Rectangular greenhouses would of looked crooked and out of place. We ordered 2 of the octagonal Hercules greenhouses which arrived in 2 weeks. Our fitter had no problems installing them - on his own, the instructions were easy to understand and follow. They are sturdy, well made and being aluminium, they look like they will last me years!! My husband was worried that there would not be much room inside as the 'corners were cut off' but I find it easier as I don't have the corners to loose bits or reach into. In addition to the two large shelves that come with each greenhouse, I have added small raises beds in one greenhouse and an extra shelf or two at the far side, to make shelves on three sides and this is perfect for what I wanted to do. I can get in way more than I hoped I would!!! All I need to do now is tip some shingle in the middle to stand on and to cover the bare soil. The second greenhouse is more of a potting shed at the moment, but I have still managed to get in LOTS of buckets as planters and my two old mini greenhouses as shelving. The auto vents are brilliant. They automatically open when hot inside and when it cools down, perfect for me as I would always forget to open or close them. My husband wasn't sure I would actually USE the greenhouses, but as you will see in the photos, they are DEFINITELY being used.!!!
