Really good team from start to finish and including aftercare! Great experience designing my build to facilitate the lay-Z-spa so it has a roof over it. Quick reliable team did the survey and build. Aftercare has also been great with nothing to much of a problem. Price was reasonable for the work required. All in all, very happy.
We have had our garden room for a year now. I cannot recommend Charlie, Curtis and team highly enough - nice people, very good at their jobs, very responsive, never questioned any of our many requests! After a few months a window stopped opening, they came almost next day and replaced it no questions asked.
We had our room finished in mid-Feb ‘25. A great experience with HGR. Design and spec was thorough and easy. The build was great and all the teams and contractors kept us in touch of what they were doing during each stage. They were all polite and kept the site very tidy the whole build. We had been concerned about limited/access challenges as we’re in a terrace but the team were able to overcome this, and it didn’t hold them up. Build only took a couple of weeks total and we’re really happy with the end result, and quality of the work. I’d highly recommend HGR and this has been a great option and saved us from needing to move to get more space. Thanks again to all the team.
We recently had a garden office and gym installed by Herts Garden Room and we have been hugely impressed by the whole team, the process and the end product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my own clients (I am a Garden Designer) and friends and family. My husband loves his new office and our teenagers love their new gym.
We had a small garden office built at the end of our garden in the summer of 2024. From start to finish the process was efficient and professional. In preparation for the build we had a few zooms calls with Josh. The level of detail covered was perfect and the forms/quotes were clear. During the build the builders, Lee and Fred, were on time, answered our queries and double checked everything with us. They were also polite and courteous and didn’t mind our toddler watching /‘helping’. The office team ensured all the various contractors turned up on time and made sure we got all the certificates we needed. Thank you, Michelle. The snagging process was simple and efficient and took care of a few small issues. The build was completed on time, budget and we couldn’t be happier. The finish is of high quality and has added substantial value to our house and work life balance. We would highly recommend.
My garden room has just completed, great experience with Herts Garden Rooms and so happy with the end result. The team building the room were fantastic, and the finish inside is perfect. These things aren’t cheap by any means, but we weighed it up versus the cost of extending the house and all the hassle that comes with that, and the time it takes, and we are very happy with the outcome. This was built from start to finish in just 3 weeks. Very happy.
We LOVE our garden room from Herts Garden Rooms. It's an office, guitar studio, pilates studio - we had 13 of us in there for Christmas dinner. It's a cinema. It's a dining area. It's a party room. It's a chill out room. It's a gaming room. OMG! It's just brilliant. Thank you - totally and utterly recommend.
