John and Phil, designed and built our lovely garden room, which we use as an office and living room and includes a utility room. Even adding landscaping and lighting was no problem to John and Phil, and their ideas are great. The work schedule and quotes were spot on. Would highly recommend for any gardenroom project.

Brilliant! Stop scrolling and if you’re looking for a new build project, look no further. For our single storey extension, we were recommended Jon and Phil of Lancaster Garden Rooms by our architect. Now that’s usually a good sign in itself. The boys came, jiggled some thoughts and figures and came up with a very competitive price out of 3 companies that we approached. They quoted a start to finish time of 6-8 weeks and itemised everything that would be done inclusively of the cost. From a personal point of view, the boys are courteous, punctual and trustworthy. In actual fact, a real pleasure to have around. They would arrive for 8am and rarely left until after 4pm. No sporadic coming and going. My wife and I are absolutely chuffed with the quality of build. They completed the brickwork, insulation, roofing, glazing, plastering, rendering and electrics. The full package. No trading out to 3rd party specialist. (Other than a fellow electrician for a necessary new circuit breaker). They completed on time and paid attention to detail with no snag list for them to come back for. On completion, we were a little sad they’d no longer be around but they left us very VERY happy customers.

Jon and Phil built our stunning new garden room/home office. We’d wanted to utilise the dead space from our existing garage and gain an extra room in the house. Our garden room is now complete and it’s exactly what we wanted; we couldn’t be happier with it. The initial consultation was great. They talked us through the process, timelines etc., listened to what we wanted and helped up figure out what would work and what wouldn’t. We chose LGR for the flexibility and options for customisation. We got exactly what we asked for, and more, without compromising on function or quality. Everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the build, with Jon and Phil clearly making an effort to leave our garden and patio untouched. The level of finish is spot on; every detail from the roof to the flooring is pristine and they obviously care about, and put a lot of work into making everything perfect. We really couldn’t have asked for any more from them. We’re delighted with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. They’ve done an incredible job and they’ve gone out of their way to give us a perfect home office.

I’d like to thank Jon and Phil for building me and my family the most beautiful garden room which we will be able to enjoy for many years to come. Jon and Phil are honest, reliable and skilled at what they do. My build was not a standard build which I believe would have challenged many builders but Jon and Phil completed it without any problems to a very high standard and with flawless attention to detail. We made a few changes along the way which they took in their stride and the finish product is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Lancaster Garden Rooms.

A faultless service. Grafted every single day from 08:30 on the dot. Everything completed to an excellent standard and 2 very accomodating and polite tradesman. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. The space has really changed my life. It's been put through the test with our recent weather and is as solid as the day the left. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it took a month to build. Seriously impressed!
