I would like to thank Logspan for the quality of the product could not have been better ,also the team of installers were excellent and did a great job which included the removal of all the offcuts and packaging and left the garden nice and tidy. We have now had two sheds and the gazebo all have been of a good standard and good value for the cost. Thank you Guys Barrie and Sue Thomas
A long overdue thank you to Logspan for turning an idea in my head into a reality. From the very beginning, the customer service was outstanding. This was a completely bespoke project with strict regulations that had to be met, so there was a huge amount of planning, redesigning and problem-solving along the way. I also have a habit of changing my mind and adding new ideas, but the team were incredibly patient and worked with me every step of the way. What started as a very rough sketch drawn by me was transformed into a professional design by Logspan. I was asking for something that hadn’t been done before, so it wasn’t the easiest project, but they embraced the challenge and found solutions to make everything work. A special mention has to go to Lucy. Her communication throughout the project was exceptional, whether by email, phone or face-to-face meetings. She somehow managed to take the ideas from my head and turn them into practical plans on paper. She was endlessly patient as I tweaked, changed and expanded the design until it was exactly what I had imagined. Another huge benefit was that Logspan managed the entire project. Everything from the planning and construction to the electrical work and landscaping was organised through them, meaning I only ever had one point of contact. That made the whole process incredibly straightforward and stress-free. The finished lodge has exceeded all my expectations. Not only do I now have an amazing gym just a few steps from my house, but we’ve also created a fantastic family space where our children can invite their friends over, enjoy movie nights and spend time together. One of my favourite moments was seeing the kids all sitting on the sofa laughing and playing Mario Kart together instead of being in separate rooms playing online. It brought back so many great memories and reminded me what family time is all about. This lodge will give our family years of fantastic memories, and I genuinely couldn’t have achieved it without Logspan. If you’re looking for a company that listens, communicates brilliantly and delivers an outstanding bespoke project, I couldn’t recommend Logspan highly enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 from start to finish.
Absolutely Outstanding Service The team at logspan can't be rated highly enough, their efforts, attention to detail and commitment were outstanding from day one. We were given excellent advice and assistance by Lucy to help us make a decision (without ever feeling any pressure to buy), We opted for a 11m square BBQ Hut with a bar extension. We couldn't be happier with it and it has certainly transformed the bottom of our garden. The installation team worked through some terrible conditions on the day but never stopped. The quality of the prep work and final installation was excellent. Any communication with the team have been first class.

So having owned my finman for 5 years, the guys at Logspan continue to surprise me. The fan broke the other day and without hesitation the guys came out within a few days and replaced a part. No hassle, no fee and no questions of warranty. Is there any other company that would even come close to this. 10 out of 10 for customer service, a Blue Peter Badge, Macdonalds 5 star badge, Olympic Gold medal. I can't praise this company enough.
