We had a garden room built at the back of our garden by Leon and the team. I must say, we're so so happy with the final build. You're never quite sure what you're going to get when you start these projects but we've now got a sanctuary at the back of our house to work and to relax in. Perfect. The build team were great, the landscaping team were professional and used their initiative. All in all, I can highly recommend. From the start Stuart was transparent and professional when scoping the project and Dan the project manager has been always on hand to sort out and snags. Everyone was punctual, polite and professional. Thanks again!
I cannot recommend this group more highly for anyone looking to install a new garden room. We had a rather special requirement for our autistic grandson who lives with us and needed his own space for his many train layouts, somewhere he could use all year around and be cosy in winter and cool in summer, and spend all day if need be! We wanted an outdoor space that would last and be flexible enough to accommodate whatever hobbies or interests might come next. Most importantly we needed a company that prided itself on delivering what they promised, when they said they would, and this company does just that. The WhatsApp group was invaluable as a communication tool, I could let my grandson know week by week what to expect, and they didn’t let him down. The teams were all friendly and engaged so well with him, and the workmanship was excellent. The final product is amazing, including a stunning wooden step and patio in front, and the trains are now in situ. On the final day, our grandson received a lovely book about trains in the post, sent by the Garden Room team. This is a company that really cares about its customers and strives to do the best job. They certainly have done that for us.
This was an entirely painless process: so many moving parts came together at quite a pace. Communication was excellent and any snags were quickly identified and resolved without any quibble. I would happily recommend this company and intend to use them for future work. One more note, the professional attitude of all staff involved in the project was superb. Thank you, we are really pleased with the results!
I’m really pleased with my new garden room, I explained exactly what I wanted and that’s what they did, my space for the room wasn’t that big but they figured all out and it looks nice in my garden, any questions or concerns they answered quickly, I would definitely recommend this company everyone I met were polite and helpful and the lads that built the room were all nice and worked hard plus the weather wasn’t the greatest. Thankyou I’ll enjoy using my new room.

Before hiring the New Garden Room company I did a lot of research online as knew that it’s an industry that’s not regulated and had to be 100% certain I was using the right company. As it was a bespoke music studio I was building, I had to really get a lot of information prior to making a decision. I was very impressed with Stuart, Dan and Shaun as well as the invoicing team (Lindsay, Imogen) whenever there were any issues. Any issues we had were swiftly resolved. Very happy with my studio and would happily recommend them to other people looking for a bespoke garden room.

We recently got our garden room built by New Garden Group Company. It was done in literally a month's time as promised. The team was extremely efficient specially Leon - professional, polite, always on time. The room looks incredible and the extra space we can now have for a multi purpose use is fantastic ! Love it! We wanted our HBOT machine to be moved from one of our rooms to this space and the team understood our needs and worked on it. Entire team starting from sales to design to execution is brilliant.
