Phoned to explain a short delay in delivery time witch wasn't a problem then turned up bang on 11am as promised, the shed perfect for my needs very well made and robust, it's miles better than the shed it replaced that to be fair served me well. Chris joe and team were friendly and got on with the job. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone 😊

In August 2022 we paid £6,500 for a bespoke staircase. The work was never completed, left dangerously non-compliant, and despite written promises of a refund and a formal request (with Trading Standards CC’d), we have received nothing. NSTB have not provided any insurance details to cover this project. We are now pursuing full recovery via legal routes. Be very cautious.

Very happy with our new log cabin from NSTB. Excellent service from start to finish. They were very willing to take on board our specific requirements and went above and beyond (came out to assess our site prior to making the cabin). Attention to detail great and staff friendly. Happy with the cost too - £500 less than another quote we’d received from another local company. Speedy delivery too - no long wait! Fantastic service and great product, I'm super happy. From first contact to final build, everyone I came into contact was brilliant. Communication was prompt, professional, and with a positive attitude (even though my requirements were very bespoke). The design process was friendly with fast responses, and the build process of base and building was amazing to watch - they've nailed the process. The guys who came were very friendly and clearly knew their stuff. The finished product is awesome, would highly recommend!
