Outside In Garden Rooms

We had an Uno Midi garden room built by Outside In in February 2026 and could not be happier with the result. Mel, the owner, provided fantastic hands on service throughout and delivered exactly to our agreed scope and specification, with no surprises along the way. The build team, led by Josh, were extremely friendly and hands on. They were also adaptive when it came to sorting out our wifi internet solution, which made a real difference. We now have a beautiful garden room that works as part office and part exercise space (complete with an exercise bike), and we use it every day. Mel and the team have done it again. OutsideIn team delivered a fantastic garden room for us 2 years ago. This time I needed a new garden store. After hunting around I concluded that OutsideIn would be an option and they haven’t disappointed. I needed a bespoke shape which was no problem to the team. Our garden room has just been completed and from start to finish we have been highly impressed! Mel is so immediately engaging and likeable, and obviously takes immense pride in her company. Any questions were answered super quickly and Mel was available and approachable throughout the whole process, which made it all seem less daunting. Everyone involved with the build and installation was pleasant, polite, hardworking and trustworthy, turning up on time and working efficiently and to schedule. They welcomed our input and feedback, addressed concerns and even logistical things, like parking the vans on our awkward street, were done in a cooperative and courteous manner. Everything was taken care of even up to painting and cleaning at the end, so we were using the garden room within a day or two of completion! Absolutely delighted with my new studio. It is spacious, bright and very well planned. It's so nice to be able to work outside and be warm inside at the same time! Mel and her team go above and beyond to make sure that everything is designed to client's needs, with great attention to detail. Customer service is excellent. From start to finish the Outside In team were excellent. Layout options and sizes were available quickly and easy to follow. At every stage, everyone turned up on time, did what they said they would and never shirked the tough bits. My old garage was taken down in unexpected late summer heat, then the room build and the external landscaping had to deal with some real heavy downpours. The team were there putting in a shift in all conditions. Mel checked in regularly to keep a handle on progress and minor snags were dealt with swiftly and without any problem. From experience, some trades can get a bad name but definitely not the Outside In team. If you want quality, reliability and open, honest discussion here’s where to get your Garden Room. I am delighted with the results, giving me a place to work and relax, hopefully catching the late summer sun. One of my neighbours said it’s like a wee tardis in here. The final outcome, to paraphrase a song I like ‘oh my darling it’s beautiful’

We recently had a small Outside In garden room installed, and we are very happy with it and the entire process. Mel was very helpful and provided several quotes and sketches so that we could consider different options. The team was fantastic - punctual, friendly, and very hardworking. They installed the garden room in challenging wintery conditions without complaining, and managed everything brilliantly despite the limited space they had to work with. The workmanship was outstanding. The attention to detail, the quality of the finish, and the overall build quality exceeded our expectations. The garden room feels solid, beautifully finished, and built to last. It’s now our home office and family hang-out space which we’ll enjoy all year round. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mel and the team throughout the entire process of design and build. The design phase was easy to work through, with Mel allowing us to understand and select the options for our requirements. The onsite team were great building the entire garden room within 2.5 weeks throughout a chilly and stormy December. Would highly recommend for anyone considering a garden room.
