Summer Garden Buildings

Customer service response after a fault developed is the point most sharply raised about this Norwich business, based on an account describing a cracked window appearing beneath the beading within a fortnight of a cabin being installed. The reviewer states that attempts to contact the company by email, voicemail and online form went unanswered once payment had been made, and that the fault was not accepted as a warranty matter despite terms referring to cover for double glazing.

No wider pattern can be drawn from a single account, but the experience centres on a breakdown in aftercare communication once an issue was reported rather than on the installation itself. The Elm Hill premises in Norwich keep long opening hours, trading from 9am to 5.30pm on weekdays and Saturdays and slightly shorter hours on Sundays, positioning the business as accessible for browsing garden and leisure buildings in person.
