We decided to build a large garden office - really more of a self-contained mini house complete with kitchenette and shower room - just before Covid. I went very deep into the research and, after thoroughly investigating around 20 companies, chose Swift. It was absolutely the right decision. The build quality is exceptional, with stunning cedar cladding, and everything was delivered on time and on budget. The onsite team were professional, friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to have around. Any post-completion snagging issues (all very minor) were resolved quickly and without fuss. Even years later, whenever I’ve contacted them with questions about maintenance or upkeep, I’ve always received a rapid and incredibly helpful response. Swift are an absolute first class company to work with. They are always professional, flexible and have excellent ideas. They go above and beyond at every point. Always have time to help. This is our second build and would recommended them wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to build a garden room or Annexe. We can not fault them.

I just had a garden room built by Swift. I can honestly say that the whole experience was such a pleasant one. Right from the start the sales manager Allan listened to my wishes and suggestions and then told me very politely and realistically what was possible. There was no pressure, no sales pitches. Just a genuine conversation about what can and cannot be done. Any ideas he then drew and sent me everything in writing to clarify. It was so easy to design it and I never felt under and pressure to make decisions in a certain time frame or spend more than I was happy too. Then once designed, Matt the operations manager came round to fully assess the site. Sue the procurement manager contacted me about the interior design (types of doors, windows, flooring etc) and exterior cladding. Again it was so easy to choose everything and work with Matt and Sue to get everything right. They were both so attentive and helpful and would answer any of my questions or come up with solutions to any issue practically straight away. Once the work began Igor the builder and his work colleague worked so fast. I don’t think I ever saw them take a break! They were very self sufficient entering my garden via a back passage and they had a portable toilet on my drive so they didn’t need to come into my house at all. I just got on with my life and work and child care etc while they got on with the building. The whole project took them less than 5 weeks from the start (where they had to clear my garden, remove the patio, shed, fences, garden furniture etc) to the final touches. I had a Jacuzzi fitted too and they made the garden room bespokely to accommodate that. They also helped me to source the hot tub and gave it me at cost price! It is now finished and looks amazing, so professional. I am so pleased and like I said it has been an absolute pleasure to work with all of the team at Swift. I will actually miss you all now! We decided to build a gym during Covid. I contacted Swift after looking at many companies on the internet and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Everyone I dealt with was lovely and they really care about what they do, they provide excellent service and produce beautiful and functional bespoke buildings - ours is proof of that! The whole process went smoothly. They dealt with planning permission and took care of everything. As I had planned the layout of the gym equipment inside to the nth degree, I had very specific ideas and requirements which they accommodated, including putting a strengthening point in the ceiling to hang a pull-up bar. We have now had the gym for 4½ years. The gym is used almost daily and is still amazing. We absolutely love it! It has definitely added to the quality of our lives. We could not be more pleased with it.

The Swift team were awesome from start to finish. They were absolutely on it in terms of ideas and input, always prompt and clear in communication and follow-up, and the team on site for the build were great - grafters, skilled, thoughtful, and clearly take great pride in their work.
