The Green Room

There are not enough complimentary words to describe my experience with The Green Room. At the outset Brian was always there for advice helping me to decide exactly what was needed for my Garden Annexe. Now it is complete I could not be happier. All the staff are amazing and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The workmanship is top quality and my dog Freya and I absolutely love our new abode. So impressed with the quality of the kitchen. The shower room is just perfect. One of the best features for me is the fully fitted wardrobe, shelving and drawers in my perfect cosy bedroom. So do not hesitate to give them a call. You will be so glad you found them. Jenny

So glad we picked Brian and his team at The Green Room. I did endless hours of research on annex builds and watched lots of videos. The final seal of approval for me was Mr Alan Titchmarsh. If The Green Room is good enough for him it is certainly good enough for me. From day one to the end, Ben and the lads were superb and very trustworthy and meticulous. We have spent a bit of time in our lodge now and are thoroughly enjoying it. It is so quiet, very warm and the underfloor heating is a lovely bonus. I can't recommend The Green Room highly enough.

If you are looking for an outside garden room or annexe look no further. You will not find a better company and customer experience. We'd been planning to build an extention or separate living area for my in-laws to live with us for acwhilevbut didn really know what we were looking for. We contacted several 'garden room' companies and explored a hard build too. Out of everyone we contacted and spoke to Brian from the Green Room was the only person who very quickly agreed for a visit to discuss all the options and possibilities. We didn't really know where to start with the whole process but Brian was completely transparent and helped us consider everything that we needed for fully accessible living. We looked for more quotes and whilst the Green Room were not the cheapest no other company gave us the guidance and advice that Brian did. We felt in very safe hands right from the start. We went through several design iterations until we were happy, Brian's attention to detail when designing was incredible. We spent the summer clearing the site and team started work. It took 5 weeks and the end result is utterly amazing! Ben, Brandon and John were fantastic. Friendly, highly skilled and very efficient. The plasteres, electricians and plumber were also exceptional! The whole process just exceeded our expectations. We decorated it ourselves and my in-laws are now in and settled for Christmas. Brian kept us updated regularly, managed all the deliveries, skip hire etc. You literally dont need to do a thing, except make a few coffees! Communication with Brian has still continued, with him checking in to make sure all is ok. We decided to add some grip strips to the decking ramp, add some handles to the outside and make an adjustment to some guttering. Within in a week Ben had 'popped' back to fit it all. Don't bother looking else where! You won't be disappointed.

The Green Room have completed a one bed lodge for my mum and we couldn’t be happier. From my first consultation with Brian to the handover, the service has been outstanding. They delivered a design and building perfectly suited to my mum’s needs and the space available. The Green room think of everything so you don’t have too and are very knowledgeable. I would like to thank Ben, Brandon and John who worked on site for 6 weeks and who went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble.

We would like to thank Brian and his amazing team for all of their hard work and dedication to build our 91 year old Dads 2 bedroom garden lodge. This was built at the bottom of our garden so that Dad can still have his independence but be close by in case he needs us. It’s such a fantastic idea and keeps family together. The workmanship external and internal was top speck and only took 6 weeks from start to finish. The team were professional throughout the build and most importantly very friendly. The Green Room have just completed the most amazing lodge built on my garden for my parents aged 90+. The expertise and attention to detail of Brian and his crew has been amazing. I really believe this is the cost effective future for anyone who needs to have family close. This lodge was designed and purpose built to our spec and it's really given them a new lease of life. Would 100% recommend The Green Room.

So we had a look around at various companies before choosing the green room to build our 1 bedroom annex for my mum. Brian came and discussed everything with us. Explained the process and showed us options we could choose for flooring etc.. once we got the quote we gave the go ahead. They sorted all the planning and made sure it was exactly what we needed. Once planning came through it was all booked in and then work began. John, Ben and Brandon got on with the job. Sorted any problems out quickly with out fuss (had to build the annex the otherside of the garden due a to gas pipe being found where it was meant to go). They were professional polite, friendly and knowledgeable(as were the electricians and plumber). Explained everything they were doing. And everything was done to a very high standard. So thankyou again guys a brilliant job. Will definitely be recommending you to others .
