The best experience I've had trying to find something that works for my needs. Website wasn't really helpful so I called up and we got talking about use and what I needed. Angela Croly (Milngavie Site Manager) was so kind and didn't seem annoyed at thousands of questions and changes when we were talking. She gave me an email later so I could get back in touch and I changed my mind again and everything was so simple and easy.

Lovely, friendly and helpful advice from Angela at the Milngavie store. Answered all our questions as first time buyer of a greenhouse and helped us choose the correct one. Great service, all info received the following day, flexible with delivery and we have a friendly face to contact if we have any questions. Will update review again with photos once we have our new greenhouse.

A wonderful experience with Donna our Greenhouses People, Milngavie, guide who showed us around a good selection of garden sheds. Unsure of what exactly we required, Donna explained in detail what each shed's function was, ie. Sloping or apex roof, windows, shelves, sizing and siting. Donna was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We did not feel under pressure or obligated to purchase at any point and were very pleased to find our ideal shed and are looking forward to the delivery. Mr & Mrs Q.

We bought an ex display, corner fitting, Malvern summerhouse from The Greenhouse People, Milngavie branch. The two ladies who work there, Donna and Angela, were very helpful, supportive and accommodating. Especially during the negotiating process with Malvern. Because of them, I would recommend the Greenhouse People. We arranged privately for someone to dismantle, transport and reassemble the summerhouse, so I cannot comment on any of their construction staff. We did look at other companies' summerhouses, but felt the Malvern build quality was better. Particularly, given the ex display one we bought, which had been exposed to the elements for about 3 years, was well weathered, had not been treated until we purchased it and yet showed no signs of dampness/damage on site. The summerhouse was rebuilt in our garden, during the recent dry spell. Now it has been exposed to heavy rain, it is showing no ingress of water and all is dry. We had given consideration to replacing the current tar papered roof, as we expected that it may not only have deteriorated, but, because the roof is in two parts, would have been damaged during the re location. However, due to the efficiency of our landscaper (Exteria), the quality of the tar paper and the roof construction, this was not necessary. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend The Greenhouse People.

Service was amazing. Angela friendly professional and certainly knew what she was talking about. Once completed happy to send photos as we had discussed fully what we needed and her recommendations so far are spot on. Highly recommend
