Excellent service. I ordered a greenhouse from this company and not only did they give me good advice on what to buy, they also put me in touch with an approved installer for the base which was beyond what I could do myself. The greenhouse arrived on time for the build and most importantly all the bits and pieces arrived in perfect condition, including all the glasswork. The results are brilliant and I could not have asked for more. I thoroughly recommend this company. The installation of the base/greenhouse was done by Back To Bases (see their website for details).
Very impressed with this company. The advice on initial contact was excellent, the delivery of the product was precise and the quality of the greenhouse itself is superb. I had one issue with a small missing item and thanks to Jill , one of their customer service team, this was resolved immediately with no fuss at all. I highly recommend them!
Not only do I have a wonderful greenhouse but I can also commend the excellent customer service of this company. I adore my greenhouse and my dog has approved too! I ordered my greenhouse at Hampton Court flower show, throughout the whole process I was provided timely and helpful responses from what delivery would look like and how to build. I was blown away when a piece was missing how quickly it was sent out, free of charge, no question. I am not sure if good customer service gets the thanks it always deserves…so thank you!
Just superb. We ordered at the Malvern show and I thought I knew what to expect… but.. they were perfect! We had a letter in advance explaining what to expect and what to prepare, even that the build may be a bit of a challenge. The greenhouse was delivered on time and very well packed in numbered boxes. It went together over two days and, I have to say, I was very impressed with the quality. Top Marks! Great companies still exist!
Bought this Jan 22nd 2024 Its taken me a while to get around to reviewing my purchase. I wanted to make sure I was completely hsppy with it. Checked out the greenhouses on show at Ponteland. They had quite a few on display. Spoke to Paul Richardson and explained what I was after. He was very helpful and I ended up buying exactly what I wanted back in January. I'm tall so bought a greenhouse with a 6'7" entrance. The greenhouse house arrived when stated. Installation was a two man job at times but reasonably straight forward. I'm very pleased with my greenhouse and hope to have many years using this. I've built my own staging to suit my height. Would highly recommend The Greenhouse People if you want a great quality greenhouse and knowledgeable people. You won't be disappointed with your purchase
I recently purchased an 8ft x 6ft shed from the Greenhouse People and received superlative customer service from every part of the ordering and delivery process. The flat packed shed I received is made of high quality wood etc and every component required to complete construction was within the flat pack. It took my son in law (a qualified joiner) about seven hours to complete the construction on the foundation we had prepared for him. I am delighted with my purchase. John Baxter
Fantastic customer service from initial order of my Hercules Blenheim greenhouse to installation and beyond. Having a recommended list of installers was so helpful and Sam Pope clearly an expert in what he does. Greenhouse up in 6 hours so efficient and caring. Unfortunately we had a bird strike smash a glass pane in first 2 weeks, the greenhouse people were able to supply replacement glass in less than 48 hours to an exact fit. Lesson there is put stickers on the glass to warn birds! If you want a greenhouse this is the go to company.
