The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Phil was really friendly and helpful. We live in a listed building in a conservation area so had to get planning permission and Listed Building Consent before we could order the greenhouse. He helped with the details and plans that the council wanted and delayed delivery when the planning permission was being held up. We also have restricted delivery and The Greenhouse People accommodated this very well. The recommended fitter was great too and I absolutely LOVE my greenhouse. The integral shading option has made a massive difference to the heat inside the greenhouse as the greenhouse is in a sunny spot - it has meant that I can still use the greenhouse in the summer months. I would absolutely recommend The Greenhouse People at Woodbridge.
Recently bought a greenhouse from The Greenhouse People. Richard, the sales guy was really fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient, as we explored the range they have on site. A really enjoyable and pleasant buying experience, and impressed by the quality and value of the range on offer.
We purchased a Robinson Royale Greenhouse from The Greenhouse People, Woodbridge, Suffolk. The sales staff are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly - No pressure selling. They have a good selection of greenhouses, all good quality. They also have a list of installers and we went with AYC Builders who were excellent and very reasonable. We highly recommend both the Greenhouse People and AYC Builders.
We went to the greenhouse people in Woodbridge just to have a look, but then we found a model that liked and then found Phil who couldn’t have been more helpful, he gave us all the info that we needed, snd when we went back to place an order he was really good and even contacted people to erect it for us, we would highly recommend the greenhouse people and especially Phil.
We visited to look in person after looking on the website. Phil was great, really helpful. Looking forward to spending many lost hours in our new greenhouse!
