Tiger Sheds - Leeds

Shed ordered 4th May. Delivery date confirmed as w/c 20th July. No further communication from Tiger until I called on 24th July requesting an update. No firm date could be provided. After 1 week I was offered 5th August, which was not convenient. I requested w/c 17th Aug, was told Aug was fully booked. Offered 5th Sept, again not convenient, immediately suggested w/c 7th Sept. Was told 5th Sept declined, next available date 28th Sept! Said this was far too long, I would change my plan and accept 5th Sept. No reply. Followed up my email, no reply. Called to complain, told this would be escalated. Heard nothing. Sent another email with complaint, called again to speak to manager. Told no manager available. Told manager would call me. No one called. Received email confirming my selected date of 28th Sept but that I would be added to shortlist for faster delivery. Replied this was unacceptable, requested call to discuss with manager within 24 hours. No call received. This company has absolutely zero customer service skills and obviously limited delivery capabilities. Suggest you avoid.

I would not recommend Tiger Sheds based on my experience. From placing my order to receiving the shed, I waited almost two months. The shed was then delivered a week later than the promised delivery week, and I had to contact customer services twice just to obtain an update because no delivery date had been provided. When inspecting the components before and during assembly, we discovered multiple manufacturing defects. The most serious was a wall panel that had been poorly manufactured, causing it to split and come apart unexpectedly. It nearly struck my father in the eye, creating a genuine risk of injury. We also found several warped timber trim pieces and a number of other cosmetic and manufacturing defects throughout the shed. I reported the issues immediately and was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. That deadline came and went without any communication, and I only received a response after I contacted Tiger Sheds myself to chase the matter. Tiger Sheds acknowledged the defects and offered replacement parts, but after already waiting almost two months from placing my order, followed by a further week’s delay in delivery, this was not a practical solution. My father and brother had already dedicated their day to assembling it, and we had no choice but to repair the damaged panel ourselves so the shed could be safely completed. What I find most disappointing is that, despite acknowledging the manufacturing defects, Tiger Sheds refused to offer any goodwill gesture or price reduction. For a shed costing £535.49, I expected far better quality control and customer service. Having since read a number of Google reviews, it appears other customers have experienced similar quality issues. In Tiger Sheds’ public responses, they state that customer feedback will be passed to the relevant teams and used to improve their quality checks. Unfortunately, my experience suggests these issues are continuing despite those assurances, which is disappointing to see. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating—from the lengthy wait, poor communication and late delivery to the manufacturing defects and the way my complaint has been handled. I have now escalated the matter through Klarna’s buyer protection process and will also be seeking advice from Citizens Advice and asking that the matter is referred to Trading Standards. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tiger Sheds.

I did originally leave a 5 star review for Tiger Sheds, I was happy with how quickly my new log cabin was delivered and installed however, we brought from the Gloucester Garden centre, we paid extra to have groundworks done prior to the installation, Elliott and his team came, it got done but they should have come back to complete the after work, he promised they would be back, so we paid him in full, we called him for the completion of the after work, and he has never come back to complete the work so 6 weeks later, I'm not very happy, if you are getting work done prior to your installation, my advice, do not pay until all the work has been complete. Given that the installer broke our fence causing issues with my neighbour and the fact my garden is still incomplete, I'm furious and not satisfied with the work carried out.

Great quality shed. We went for double glazed windows and doors which was a great option to have. Ours was 12ft x 10ft needed 3 to build. Love how it looks. We made ours into a bar and all the family love it.

Buy from here at your own risk. Charging premium prices for budget products. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Took delivery of my log cabin 17 days ago with multiple panels damaged to the point they can’t be used. 50% of the wooden panels are bowed. Multiple emails and requests for phone calls have been ignored and still no closer to having damaged panels replaced. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We visited the Ashton site to look at the garden rooms before committing to purchase and with the help of the sales lady, we were able to be certain of the style and design we wanted. We placed the order a few days later and agreed on a provisional delivery date. Allowing time to have a solid base put down. Tiger called us to confirm delivery and when this conflicted with us being away they were happy to rearrange to suit our needs. On the day of delivery the driver showed up when he said he would and was able to lift the garden room materials onto my drive without any issues. He was also able to give some helpful tips regarding the build as he too had a Tiger shed. The build was fine, with the only issues being of our own making as we were having insulation under the floor. The main build was done in a day and a half and the floor went down a week later with ease after the electrics had been completed. The quality is as expected and I have no doubts it will be stood for the next 20 years plus.

Beautiful, spacious shed with ample head room. The light floods in, making it feel like you're still in the garden.
