Union Bell'O Garden Rooms

Liam and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish on our garden room this summer, even working impressively hard through the exceptional heat! Communication was exemplary throughout and we got to have our input at every step along the way. Liam was fast to price the project, easy to work with to get to a price point that would work, and when doing the work was so easy to deal with. The space is finished incredibly well and now serves as my office / exercise space, completely transforming how I work and how we use the house. Thank you again Union Bell’o, will be in contact for our next garden room if we move and would recommend to anyone looking for a bespoke space!

Really thankful for the time and quality of work done by Liam, H, and his extended team. We had an idea of what we wanted our final project to look like, but Liam gave us plenty of advice and guidance and was then able to produce the (approximate!) 250 drawings required to help us with the planning team at the council. We are really happy with the end product, which was built in under three weeks and saw the team on site every day, working in all weathers! The price was more than reasonable and the materials were all good quality, we would fully recommend 😀

We are absolutely delighted with our new garden room. Liam and Harry and the whole wider team worked so hard in such awful weather conditions. We were kept informed about what was happening and when and were consulted at every stage of the build. We would not hesitate to recommend!

Liam and H have been absolutely fantastic and delivered our dream garden room with professionalism, honesty and flexibility. They've been patient even when we've expanded our ideas and created extra work for them, and have always come to the table with solutions rather than problems. Their work ethic is incredible, they have worked outside in all conditions to complete our garden room and haven't moaned about it once. It has been a total pleasure having them work here, and we would recommend them to anyone.

We are so happy with our new garden building. It is beautiful. Liam and his team are professional and a pleasure to work with and have around. We would highly recommend them. We appreciated their cheerful hard work, especially when the weather turned against them and they were trying to complete the build for Christmas. Liam was very accommodating and happy to discuss our requirements and preferences, to ensure we were happy with the final build. He also patiently provided the necessary details for our planning applications. We now have to improve the landscaping around the building to do it justice. We can't wait to spend the summer in there. But we are also enjoying it in the winter because it is very well insulated and very snug when the heater is on or the sun is shining.

We're really pleased with the garden room that Liam designed and built for us. Liam, H and all the contractors working for Liam were very professional, courteous and delivered exactly what they said would. There were a couple of design changes through the build which were down to us, but Liam worked with us and discussed the solutions, without there being any big issues. It started as a vision to maximise space incorporating a garage into the garden room build. Liam helped with exploring options and solutions to make that vision a reality. This wasn't straightforwards l'm sure like most projects for Liam and the team and demonstrated that sometimes more complex build solutions are still simple enough with the right skills. Start to finish it was a brilliant project and what has now been created is better than we could have imagined at the start of the journey.
