After months of searching for the ideal contractor for our garden room project I discovered Wolf Garden Rooms. Despite being 140 miles away, I was immediately impressed by their other projects and decided to move forward with them. With a tight deadline as my wife was expecting our baby soon, we needed the project completed before the arrival. The team was exceptional throughout the entire process. Their craftsmanship was top notch, and every step of the build was clearly communicated to us. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.
Awful company. Have took our money and not responded to any messages. Ordered back in October and still no shed.
I purchased a £2.5K shed, only to be told that the door not closing or locking during the winter is considered “normal.” The communication throughout the process was poor, and the customer service was unhelpful when I raised concerns. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of quality and service. Definitely would not recommend.
Their performance definitely deserves my 5 stars. Seriously, I highly recommend the Wolf Garden Rooms. The construction team arrived early each day and worked on the various tasks according to the daily schedule until completion. The attention to detail during the construction process was obvious and the end result was outstanding. The team was amazing every step of the way, from initial contact to completion of the build and advising us on how to maintain it.
If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We honestly cannot recommend Wolf Garden Rooms enough. Although based nearly 4 hours away, they arrived early every day and worked their socks off to then drive home again. The attention to detail throughout the whole build was evident and the final result is just outstanding. It was a big decision for us to make this investment but from initial contact with Kelly right through to Mark, Carl and Christian completing the build they have been amazing every step of the way. We are so happy and grateful. We honestly can’t thank them enough.
