Tommy was with us for 2.5 days installing kitchen units and utilities. It was a pleasure to have him with us, he was cheerful and very well mannered at all times. I recently brought a kitchen from wren and wood worx carpentry and kitchens were the company who installed it. Tommy. This guy was amazing. He's the one who fitted all the cupboards,flooring and skirting. Absolutely lovely chap. He was always on time, made sure everything was perfect, when I had issues with some of the design he helped problem solve a solution and ran them by me first to fix them. My kitchen is small and when he first walked in it was probably bit of a scare as there were boxes everywhere and no where to move. But that didn't stop him. We moved some stuff and he just cracked on with it with no complaints. Would definitely ask this guy back to do other DIY around the house!!! Electric guys Surveyed the kitchen and looked what had to be done and got on with it when the kitchen was empty.All of them again lovely guys. Again all on time with no hassles.I had an issue with my light as a cupboard door smacked the light bulb. They moved my light for me so it was no longer an issue and I could use the light I intended instead of having to buy another new one. Plumber. This guy also surveyed my kitchen before I had work done so he knew what was expected. We went through the plans and he did everything I asked. He even went a little further and changed some of the piping under my sink so all the pipes didn't use up the whole of the cupboard which I thought was fab as you can never have too much space!! Plasterers. Now I did have an issue with the plasterers but I'm not holding them to fault as one thing this company needs to work on is communication. They were given pics which I took of the kitchen but didn't plaster everywhere they needed to which meant they had to come back and plaster some more as they missed areas. All in all. A great company, with friendly and helpful staff. So highly recommend! However guys you need to work on your communication skills between each other so everyone knows exactly what they are doing each day.

Bathroom review 2025 We are second time customers of Woodworx, as the service is second to none. First was a beautiful garden office, and now we are proud owners of 2 stunning bathrooms. This was a complete rip out and start from scratch job of a main bathroom and ensuite. Dave conducted an initial meeting where he measured up and made some recommendations of what was possible for the space. We chose a minimalistic, japandi style suite with beautiful tiles to match, completely reworking the layout of the room including the removal of 1 stud wall and the creation of another for 2 niches. We wanted to change the position of the sink and toilet, create a larger shower area plus an additional shower over the bath to better serve a family with a young child and dogs. Everything was installed with that in mind, the plumber, electrician, tiler and carpenter explained the choices for the rooms along the way so we had an active part in the development, ensuring it was perfect for us. As with any large job, there are always unexpected problems. As the rip out of the old suite was happening, it became apparent the extent of some water damage we didn't know was there. The Woodworx team took it in their stride, removed the damaged walls and floors and reinstalled new ones, and continued with the refurbishment. The best thing about hiring Woodworx is their transparency and coordination. Dave is the only person in the industry I've come across to be completely open with the fees, giving options for all types of budgets. The stress of a refurbishment to this scale was completely relieved by Dave and his team as they coordinated themselves like clockwork. Everything from the skip at the start to the clear up at the end, this is a complete job as you would like to expect, but many do not offer. Lastly, Woodworx is a company you can trust. Dave is extremely passionate about providing an outstanding service, goes above and beyond, and only hires people who provide the same. If you're considering a new bathroom or any of the services Woodworx offers, you will not be disappointed. Garden Office review 2022 We can not rate Woodworx highly enough for our new garden office. David clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows through the outstanding quality. Nothing is too much, from tweaking the initial design to bespoke requests and attention to detail. David and his team are incredibly hard working, they don't stop! David builds and coordinates the entire process, including the plastering, decorating, and electrics, so you are left with a completely finished product. My husband was working in there the very next day, and our dogs are very happy with a new place to sit too! Thank you, Woodworx 🙂
